The dress is not meant to be undone at the bottom and top. It doesn't fit her right, and her weird ass pose makes the whole thing unsettling to the eye. I second this. Some sweater dresses have a split at the bottom because there is no button, which is fine. But Anisa is leaving the bottom button undone, as well as the top two or three buttons. It's fashionable to completely button that style so they look like proper dresses. Or else you look like you're wearing nothing but a cardigan, like Anisa here. It's not a flattering look.
What really kills it for me are the boots. They are way, way too clunky. It looks like she is wearing a late-summer/fall dress. Flats, an ankle length boot or even tennis shoes would look cute with that. Not platform goth boots.

That might be true in a situation where others are watching, and certainly connects with Anisa's reason for telling everyone that it happened.
