With the current YouTube climate that keeps getting worse, all I can say is. Damn, I miss the even semi-recent era (2017).
A lot of fun stuff got nuked forever. And they even blacklist guys who don't even do much. It's a shame that the whole thing is parasiting off from papa google so they can operate with a loss. There is no possibility for an alternative due to economics and consumers being retarded as always.

So Nexpo did a dive on a somewhat lolcow-y girl who is easily butt mangled over being mentioned, and accuses people of being pedos.
Needless to say, she's still pestering Mudahar, Nexpo, etc. She had a thread here but it wasn't funny enough, though I think now she's kind of more lolcow-y just because she's been banned relentlessly by Twitter, yet still keeps coming back and spamming non stop.

Some people set up a site called transparency.tube to track YT channels political allingments for the ease of journalists with a very shady bot. A good chunk of the big players are all explicitly political and the majority are culture-reviewing channels that arent judged on themselves, but rather their fans who are judged based on what they are subbed to. Chances are that if you are a political pundit and you are not featured here you are a a nobody and you should reevaluate your lifechoices.

Am I the only one who finds most commentary channels to be incredibly pretentious? Especially the art ones like Nawnii and CreepShow. Nawnii in peculiar because she milked the LupisVulpes drama for 4 videos straight.
It seems all these channels do is spread drama rather than talk about it. They all cover the same topics and make the same points.
I'm sure there's a few decent ones, but the commentary channels come off as trying to be morally superior when in reality, most of them are just as lolcow as the people they talk about.
Pretty typical video as it posts a scene from the infamous Y2K, but the "content warnings" are unneeded. Briefly mentioning gay porn isn't ""homophobic"", and I'm pretty sure "ableism" lost it's meaning and became yet another annoying buzzword.
Even the mentions of suicide and such don't need a content warning because literally everyone who knows about this dumpsterfire knows that it has pretty dark themes, even if they're not tackled properly. If you came into a Y2K video expecting it to not mention subjects like this when one of the characters literally spend most of the game grieving his dead sister, it's kind of your fault if you get "triggered" or whatever dumb buzzword they use.

The ClownfishTV couple were pretty upset about being labeled as Right leaning because of their anti woke culture war videos and the crowd that appeals to, which crosses over with the Anti SJW/Fandom Menace/Comicsgate crowd. They wanted to be taken off the site's listing, and while that didn't happen the site added labels as to why they're classified as right leaning. There's also a note that they disputed the classification.
I don't think how the channel was classified was particularly unexpected or drama-worthy, but it's interesting to see how the site handles things. Clicking around on other channels classified as anti-woke, it seems the disclaimer about how anti-woke is a right position only shows up on channels that were manually reviewed and not automatically reviewed.
The art ones are basically 'Leafy Clones FOR GIRLS' at this point.

There's this youtuber called "The Click" and 90% of his videos is dedicated to reading reddit posts, peculiar for the qweers. You'll notice he titles his videos shit like "SunGAY", "MonGAY", "TuesGAY" and so on. As if that doesn't get old fast.
You'll notice a bunch of "[Celebrity] supports trans/pride rights and so should you!!" shit here.
This dude does so much pride shit that I'm surprised that they get 100k views on average. Meanwhile, an animator on YouTube who spend months making one video would be struggling to reach 1,000 views a video.
I highly doubt that the guy in the gym thumbnail even runs one (unless said "gym" is really a yoga studio). Dude looks scrawny as fuck. Even the average joe can probably knock his gay ass out.
I'm mad that shit like this gets more views than it deserves. Someone can spend months of hard work on their video, but this faggot can pump out video after video doing nothing but reading obnoxious reddit posts and get 100 to 200 thousand views for it.
