🐱 If Trump Loses, Thank Black People. If He Wins, Blame White People

CatParty

When the dust settles and a winner of the presidential election is declared tomorrow night or some time in 2023, the results will immediately be proceeded by a vast and annoying ecosystem of discourse attempting to find answers, give thanks, and assign blame. Fortunately, we do not have to wait that long to perform those acts. I am not Nate Silver, so I will not wack you over the head with wonk. I’m just a pretzel-eating Pittsburgh nigga. But listen!

Somewhere between 85 and 95 percent of the Black people who are voting in this election are voting for Joe Biden. Whether he hits the low or high end of that range is yet to be determined. Either way, despite a lack of enthusiasm for and faith in him as a candidate (and America as a country), the staggering majority of us who are voting recognize the danger four more years of Donald Trump poses to the nation, and are choosing the man and the party who will do the least harm. (And who also appears to believe in science.) And despite my sadness about the number of Black men whose politics are aligned with the worst of white peoples, even if Trump gets 20 percent of the Black male vote—he won’t, but let’s say he does—that still means there are up to four times as many of us who will do the right thing tomorrow. Contrarians are only contrarians because they’re vastly outnumbered and wish to stand out. The “chess not checkers” and “seat-at-the-table” ass niggas, as annoying as they are, are loud as fuck but on an island.

We also know that most white voters are voting for Trump. In 2016, he received 58 percent of the white vote. Hopefully, that number inches down to 53 or 54. But I wouldn’t be shocked if it stayed solid—or hit 60. This support exists despite, among so many other things, a raging pandemic that is literally killing them after the rallies he holds for them. White people are not well.

If Joe Biden wins, it’ll be because enough of us (Black people) voted blue—and subverted the local, national, and international efforts to suppress our votes—to shift the white/red majority. If Trump wins, it won’t be because we didn’t show up. Or because a few more of us shifted right. Or because Kanye West is on a ballot. No, the main reason will be because there were just too many white Trump voters—and too many efforts to suppress our votes—for our 90 percent to balance them out.

Crazy to think Trump has done more actual things to help black people beyond gibs then the past several presidents combined and they still don't realize it.
The problem with trying to aid the proles is that it often takes generations before they're educated enough to recognize who's actually helping them.

The best thing that can happen to improve race relations is if 15 or 25 of the black population votes for trump and helps him win.

The democrats narc rage against black americans for "voting wrong" would wake alot of them up to how racist the anti racist party really is.

Yea 90% of black people may be voting for Biden but when your 15% of the population is doesn't account to much when compared to every other vote by ever other race in the nation.
Thing is, blacks are doing there thing, but they aren't showing up in droves.

If either guy loses, blame COVID.

It's so funny how both of The Root articles posted on the Farms just recently say this:

If Joe Biden wins, it’ll be because enough of us (Black people) voted blue—and subverted the local, national, and international efforts to suppress our votes—to shift the white/red majority.

This post on this Kiwi Farms thread about an article authored by THE SAME GUY (Damon Young) wrote this:

And, as I’ve stated before, the results of the election are dependent on white people, not us.

Honestly, how much double speak can be taken in this black-oriented board?

Using The Root for a bait thread about race is like using Polygon for a bait thread about GG or Buzzfeed for a bait thread on...well, pretty much anything really.

It's not cheating, but it's way too easy.

Trump has better support among black voters in 2020 than any Republican candidate in at least a century, By some measures, he has 20-24% of the black vote, up from 6% in 2016. So if he wins, he can thank black people too, and if he loses, he can blame black people.

24% might not sound like much, and it might not tip any states. But if Democrats, with all their virtue signaling and pandering to black voters, managed to lose 14-18% of black voters in the Trump era, then they must be doing something intensely wrong. I can point to one thing right off the bat: according to polls, black voters want more police in their neighborhoods, not less. Some may also resent the Democratic insistence that blacks are markedly inferior as a race, and cannot make it individually unless teachers let them skip homework assignments and the like. Most brothers aren't down with the Chicks with Dicks vision of a future society either.

Sadly, if Trump loses and the Senate goes Democrat, we may never see a Republican elected official ever again. But if the Republicans hold the senate, then Democrats need to re-think how they think about black people. Word on the street is that they are sick of being considered inferior, and that is one thing that Trump has never insinuated. Don't think they don't know it.

I am shocked that the title says "Black People" instead of "Black Women".
