A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

aka ‘Foxy Kimono’?

He seems to know an awful lot of trannies. I wonder if he's a member of the Beaumont Society.

Off the record. I am just helping you

Never confide in a tranny or offer to help them 'off the record' because they'll always stab you in the back somewhere down the line in search of woke points.

“What do you want me to do about it?” the nurse had said. “Go see a doctor.”

Deeaaar kindly Nursie Krupkie, you've got to understand
It's just my bringing up-kie, that makes me out of hand.
My father he's just cucked-ee, my mother she's so woke
Golly Moses, naturally I'm a bloke.

Gee Nursie Krupkie, I'm really upset.
I never had the willie that every boy ought to get
I ain't no pink princess, I'm misunderstood
Deep down inside me I'm a bloke.

She's a bloke, what a joke,
not a bloke, joke joke.
Deep down inside her there's no T.

...

Dear Nursie Krupkie, I'm down on my knees,
'cos no-one wants a girlie with a social disease
Dear Nursie Krupkie who am I to sue?
But since you helped me. I'll sue you.

(huge apologies to Stephen Sondheim. At least I only butchered a small fragment. Even then it was getting strained)

Some much needed sanity, this time coming from the US!

Young People who Identify as Transgender Are Making Irreversible Decisions

Archive: https://archive.vn/VtFbl

When you’re 18, you think you know everything. You’re often wrong.

Thankfully, many of the reckless decisions someone might make at this age are reversible. Except when it comes to the uncharted territory of gender identity.

Over the past decade, the number of children uncomfortable with their biological sex has skyrocketed—especially among girls.

According to a 2017 UCLA study, the number of U.S. teens aged 13 to 17 who identify as transgender is approaching 1 percent. And according to a study in the Journal of the American Medical Association, the number of young people in the United Kingdom referred for “gender treatment” has increased 4,000 percent in 10 years.

What’s so disturbing about this increase is that many of these children are being put on a path to “change” their sex through medical and even surgical means. And if their parents disagree with that path, all the child needs to do is wait until their 18th birthday to continue.

Because this is largely a new phenomenon, there are very few studies on how these “treatments” are impacting people who identify as transgender long-term. But contrary to the claims of transgender activists, we do know that these “treatments” have immense negative consequences—many of which are permanent.

As with any decision you make when you’re young, you might change your mind. What happens then?

A Permanent Decision

Many gender clinics take a “gender affirmation” approach to treating children with gender dysphoria, that prevents the children from feeling comfortable with their biological sex. Instead, doctors and mental health professionals will affirm a child’s idea that he or she was “born in the wrong body,” and put that child on a path toward altering his or her body.

This path can entail puberty-blocking drugs for prepubescent children, large doses of cross-sex hormones, and eventually, so-called “gender affirmation” surgery.

Transgender activists love to shroud the terms for these surgeries in euphemisms. But we should be honest about what they are. For girls who identify as boys, so-called “top surgery” involves a double mastectomy and so-called “bottom surgery” involves a hysterectomy. For young adult males who identify as girls, so-called “bottom surgery” involves castration and removal of the penis.

These are radical surgeries that irreversibly destroy a person’s ability to one day have children of their own.

And while that is the most extreme case, less drastic measures still produce life-altering results. Even the so-called experts who advocate these treatments accept that administration of cross-sex hormones is likely to cause lifetime infertility. Women who have been on testosterone and men who have been on estrogen for gender dysphoria suffer from side-effects including a higher risk for heart attacks and strokes.

This is a steep price to pay, especially for procedures that often fail to alleviate the stress caused by gender dysphoria. In fact, the American Journal of Psychiatry had to issue a correction on a recent study to say that “the results demonstrated no advantage of surgery in relation to subsequent mood or anxiety disorder-related health care.”

Voices of Detransitioners

But don’t just take my word for it. Listen to these young people who were “affirmed” and “treated” for their gender dysphoria, only to regret it later.

Sydney began identifying as a man and taking testosterone when she turned 19. After many health issues and a talk with her grandfather, she decided to stop the “treatment.” Here’s what she had to say:

“After four long, exhausting months of being sick every day and losing the 50 pounds, I finally got back to a semi-normal life.
I’m now more stable, but my body bears the scars of gender therapy. My voice is still deep, and I look very masculine. I’m now $1,000 poorer due to the cost, though that’s a fraction of what insurance paid.”

Nathaniel began identifying as a girl when he was a child. By the time he was 18, he went through with a full surgery to remove his testicles and penis. Now he feels a deep sense of regret.

“I had turned myself into a plastic-surgery facsimile of a woman, but I knew I still wasn’t one. I became (and to an extent, still feel) deeply depressed.”

Nele, from Germany, felt uncomfortable being a woman after she was sexually harassed as a teenager. She decided that she wanted to transition at the age of 19 and began taking testosterone. In her 20s, she decided she wanted to stop taking hormones, but some effects will be with her for the rest of her life.

“My voice will never come back," says Nele. "I used to love singing and I can't sing anymore - like my voice is just very monotone, it works very differently. When I call someone on the phone, I get gendered as male.”

All three of these people have one thing in common—they experienced the painful mental anguish of gender dysphoria as a young person. And while medical professionals allowed—even encouraged—them to pursue a new “gender identity” and alter their bodies, these things ultimately did not help them overcome their gender dysphoria.

A Better Way

Transgender activists often claim that those who identify as transgender have a much higher suicide rate than the general population. That’s true. But what they don’t tell you is that those who undergo “transitioning” surgeries and hormones are still 19 times more likely to die by suicide than the general population. There is simply no evidence that surgical or hormonal transition reduces depression and suicide risk for these individuals over the long run.

There must be a better way.

Those experiencing gender dysphoria are often also experiencing other forms of mental illness such as depression and anxiety. As a starting point, medical professionals should try to discover the root of those feelings and help alleviate them. But today, that obvious first step is too often skipped over in the rush to “affirm.”

In some instances, a person with gender dysphoria has experienced trauma that is causing their desire to “escape” their body and become someone else.

Walt Heyer, who lived as a transgender woman for eight years before detransitioning, puts it best:

“Trans kids most often are suffering from a variety of disorders, starting with depression—the result of personal loss, broken families, sexual abuse, and unstable homes. Deep depression leads kids to want to be someone other than who they are.”

Denmark to criminalise hate speech against trans people
15 October 2020

The Danish government wants to add new terms to the country’s hate speech laws to protect trans people from discrimination.

The Social Democratic minority government plans to add the terms gender identity (kønsidentitet), gender expression (kønsudtryk) and sex characteristics (kønskarakteristika) to section 266b of the criminal law code – commonly known as the ‘Racism Paragraph’.

Newspaper Kristeligt Dagblad, which was first to report the proposed law change, writes that it would be made with the intention of preventing hate speech against trans people.

The law change would mean that hate speech against trans and intersexual people would be treated as a crime on the same basis as all homophobic and racist speech.

The proposal is supported by left wing parties the Red Green Alliance and Socialist People’s Party, with the Social Liberal party also in support in principle. As such, it has a theoretical parliamentary majority in support.

Denmark’s racism paragraph was originally enacted in 1939 in an effort to prevent antisemitism.

Given the cultural value placed on free speech in Denmark, it has traditionally been interpreted in a way that still allows pointed statements to be made in public debate without these being judged as racist, according to an expert on the law.

“The paragraph works well,” University of Southern Denmark law professor Sten Schaumburg-Müller told Kristeligt Dagblad.

“You have to reach a certain level of offensiveness before statements break the law, and this is out of consideration for free speech,” he explained.

“For example, you would have to say that a particular group are cancerous tumours or rodents that must be exterminated in order for it to be criminal,” the professor elaborated.

Minister for equality Mogens Jensen declined to comment to the newspaper on plans to update the law, but the Social Democratic spokesperson, Lars Aslan Rasmussen, confirmed its intention to prevent hate speech and incitement to criminal activity.

Lol @ kiddy raping paedo retard making a total mockery of the UK's justice system by claiming to be a tranny then not, then tranny again, making false claims against probation staff, being 'diversity representative' in jail (which is both male and female; not clear where he is caged)

A transgender sex fiend has been jailed after appearing in court both as a man and a woman to answer different offences.

Chloe Walker, 30, who also uses the name Brandon Walker, has racked up 49 offences including a string of sexual crimes against boys and girls.

A court heard Walker - who has been waiting for gender reassignment for three years - used fake aliases on Facebook to prey on victims.

Despite being slapped with sexual harm prevention orders, Walker repeatedly breached them.

On Friday Walker was jailed for ten months after appearing at Northampton Crown Court using both male and female names.

Appearing as Brandon, she admitted two breaches of a sexual harm prevention order and one of failing to tell police his new phone number.

There were also two guilty pleas under the name of Chloe for failing to comply with the requirements the sex offenders' register.

Judge Rebecca Crane said: 'There have been problems with you making malicious allegations against probation staff and poor compliance.

'They say you're highly likely to re-offend.

'It was traumatic for you because you have been waiting a very long time for an appointment at the gender reassignment clinic.'

The court heard that four months after being released from prison for an earlier breach, Walker had refused to stay in contact with a supervising police officer.

Walker blocked the officer's phone number and said she was changing his name back to Brandon.

Days later the officer called at Walker's home in Wellingborough, Northants., where they discovered it had been abandoned and left 'in squalor'.

Walker and a younger girlfriend had run off to a Derbyshire village using the names Ian and Kirsty where they were taken in by kind locals.

Northamptonshire Police were alerted and Walker was arrested for breaching a sexual harm prevention order and requirements of the sex offenders' register.

The court heard that since 2006, Walker had racked up 22 previous convictions including sexually assaulting a boy under 13, sexual activity with a girl under 16, robbery and assault.

Walker had also breached conditions of his release for sex crimes three times in 2016, three times in 2018 and three times in 2019.

Lauren Butts, prosecuting, said: 'These are orders that have been continually breached.'

When Walker was arrested in December last year police found his mobile phone that had searches for Grindr and Wikimedia.

Previous court hearings had been told how Walker had also offended in the names of Jamie Brandon Walker, Steven Walker, James Walker and Jamie Thornton.

The court heard a gender reassignment clinic appointment in May that Walker had been waiting three years for had been delayed by Covid-19.

Chantelle Stocks, defending, said Walker does 'not react well to change'. 'Lockdown has been particularly difficult'.

She said: 'In her words, 'when I struggle I disappear'.

'Miss Walker has been waiting a very significant amount of time for a very important engagement in Nottingham, the engagement she saw would finally progress her transition.

'She found it demonstrably difficult to deal with the trauma which she viewed as a milestone in the progression to be the person who she not only wants to be but the person she needs to be.'

The court heard how Walker was now employed full-time in prison as a wing cleaner at HMP Peterborough and had become a diversity representative.

Chloe Walker, 28, of no fixed abode but formerly of Wellingborough, is a serial registered sex offender who uses aliases online to fool people into becoming involved with him.

Although he goes by the name Chloe, his previous name is Brandon James Walker.
At the end of March, Walker’s solicitor Waquar Ali persuaded a district judge sitting at Northampton Magistrates Court to give his client a suspended prison sentence for breaching a sexual harm prevention order made in 2016 that banned him from using the name Jamie Thornton to speak to a victim on Facebook.

During the March appearance, Walker appeared by video link from jail because he was already serving a ten-month sentence for another offence.

Mr Ali told the court that Walker was due for release on April 3 and a taxpayer-funded package of housing and a job offer had been set up for him.
Judge Daber said that although the offence deserved a prison sentence, he was minded to suspend the 18-week sentence to give him a chance to take up the measures that had been put in place.
Walker was released on April 3, but within seven days he had failed to attend his probation appointment and failed to sign in a police station.
Appearing again before Northampton Magistrates Court on May 9, Walker admitted the breaches and was told he must now serve the original suspended 18-week prison sentence along with a further 20 weeks for the two new offences. Walker must now serve 36 weeks in prison before he will be released.

Although in the previous court case Walker said he identified as a woman, he is classed as male by court and prison services and commits his offences presenting as a man.
The court heard how Walker, of no fixed address, had previously been found guilty of sexual offences in the names of Brandon Walker and had also posed as Steven and James Walker online. When questioned by the police, Walker initially said he ‘didn’t use Facebook’ but then admitted the offences after questioning.
The court heard how Walker uses cannabis, cocaine and other illegal substances and is ‘socially reclusive.’

Appearing at Northampton Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Thursday, March 28), Chloe Walker, 29, pleaded guilty to breaching a sexual harm prevention order made by a court three years ago.

Walker admitted using the name Jamie Thornton to speak to a victim on Facebook when prevented from doing so by the order.
The court heard how Walker, who appeared on the court list using the pronoun Mr, had a history of sex offending and had been in jail for the past 10 months.

Appearing via video link from HMP Peterborough, the court heard how Walker, as part of a previous sentence, had been ordered to register all pseudonyms used online with the police in advance of using them.

The defendant had failed to do so and had used the name Jamie Thornton to speak to a victim between May 3 and June 25 last year.
The court heard how Walker, of no fixed address, had previously been found guilty of sexual offences in the names of Brandon Walker and had also posed as Steven and James Walker online.
Walker was referred to as Mr Walker for the first half of yesterday’s hearing, until District Judge Tim Daber told prosecutor Stella Moses to refer to Walker using feminine pronouns.
Ms Moses told the court: “The defendant has gone on to the internet and used the name Jamie Thornton and contacted the victim who doesn’t know the witness.

“She believed she was speaking to Jamie Thornton. He’s befriended her in that name on Facebook.
“The defendant was visited by police on June 25 last year and admitted being in breach of the sexual harm prevention order when interviewed.
“The defendant is a registered sex offender and also a transgender female.
“When the breach was put to her on June 25 she said she remembered some of it.”

Walker admitted having three email accounts and had contacted the victim in the name of Jamie Thornton.
Ms Moses added that the defendant had told police “I don’t use Facebook.”
“The profile picture was put to her and she said ‘It looks like it.
“She then admitted using that profile in the name of Jamie Thornton.”

The court was told that Walker’s most recent conviction was in July 2018 when the defendant was given a 10-month prison sentence for breaching a sexual harm prevention order.
Mitigating for Walker, solicitor Waqar Ali said: “The defendant has made an early guilty plea at the first opportunity with partial admissions of guilt in interview.
“She’s unable to explain what was going through her mind at the time.
“She’s deeply entrenched in the use of cannabis, cocaine and other illegal substances.

“She’d been living a socially reclusive life with not many friends and social media was the only place she could find some company.”
The court was told that Walker, who suffers from mental health problems as a result of autism, had a support plan in place for their pending release from prison on April 3, when the sentence from the previous offences ends.
Work had been lined up in Wellingborough along with a place to live.
Sentencing Walker, Judge Daber said that a custodial sentence was appropriate given the previous history of offending.

He said: “You pleaded guilty at the first opportunity to breaching the order by using a name that was not registered in advance with the police.
“It deserves a period of imprisonment but I have to take into account what’s happened since the offence.
“A package of measures have been put in place in anticipation of your release.”
Walker, whose previous address was in Northampton, was given an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for a year, which means that any more offences will be punishable by an immediate return to prison.

Walker was also ordered to pay £115 costs and an £85 surcharge.

I googled and Sarah McBride was married to Andrew McClay before he died. So it's an HSTS, gay men are pretty good at mimicking femininity. tbqh I'm still quite sympathetic to them, but I hate the AGPs who are using them as a shield.
Tim McBride is an HSTS but Andrea “Andrew” Cray, his wife, was a transman. They married about a month before she died of cancer; it was more of a friends thing than a romantic partnership.

For the record, Tim McBride was elected to the Delaware state senate, not the US senate. Prior to this he was the spokesman for the HRC. Don’t know if he still is.
