My best guess is that they're afraid to call Florida too early because it's a bellweather state and would incite a lot of panic for the Dems (and possibly cause state-level vote saboteurs to abandon their posts)

Biden’s votes in Minnesota are 70-80% from Hennepin right now and about half of the 2016 Clinton vote. Ramsey is barely reporting. We will see Trump continue to gain ground, but the question is if he flipped enough people in the Iron Range and suburbs to make up for increased turnout in Hennepin.
