Honestly I feel like Dems will try to stall on the final results, and with more states being 'reported' for Biden than Trump, it'll make it look like Trump has 'stolen' the election if he wins by overcoming Biden's constructed lead.

It's giving the Dems that glimmer of hope, and then snatching it away in the hopes that they can use the outrage to their own ends.
