He isn't even registered to vote in Washington? I don't know how that's even possible. You're supposed to renew your driver's license after you move, and you have the option to also register to vote when you do that. Does he even have a Washington state driver's license?
He has a WA driver's license and was likely too lazy to check the box to register. I was so busy busy busy that I didn't have time to register to vote.

Phil lives in a state with universal mail-in voting, so we wouldn't get a story like this unfortunately. But it also goes to show just how lazy Phil is that his state has mail-in voting, yet he's too lazy to actually go to his mailbox, retrieve a ballot, fill it out, and send it back. Not like he could do that anyway having not been registered.
He does have a WA drivers license. He has a picture of it on his desktop.

Said the guy who hates games, never plays them for fun anyway, and only has fun when being handheld and showered with tardbucks.

Phil in 2020: "Man Microsoft, you guys are right about everything! You're so awesome! Can't wait to check out your latest products! It's a good future ahead for sure!"
Phil in 2028: "I always knew Microsoft was corrupt, I mean...only the shill streamers wouldn't tell you that the company wasn't on a downward spiral. You know me guys, I'd never accept any kind of sponsorship from them..."

Given that Phil ages like Les Enfants Terribles, do you think he'll legitimately be on life support by 2028? I can see it now:
"So anyway, I really need your help, guys; the fuckin' stoopid nurse is stealing my things. Nothin' I could do! What? No, I can't go overtime today, Leanna's coming home from work soon. I think. Did I ever tell you guys about my 4th place...?"

I am way too sober to try and understand this bullshit. SH hit quite a few of us on the 1st with DMCAs on Phil's Instagram pic ,which is now his profile picture. The banner is odd, I can't tell if it is a jab at us Detractors, Gin rot in the brain, or a test to see if SH can DMCA it. He still hasn't blocked the newest SH account on Twitter which I find odd, Phil bans anyone who just says the wrong thing at the wrong time. With all of his YouTube crying after he got banned on Twitch I would expect a turbo block, yet there is block. There seems to be something going on between the two. That or the cart I am hitting on just caught up to me.

It sounds like Phil is challenging SuperHound to try and DMCA his banner.

If SH doesn't, Phil wins for outsmarting him.

If SH does, Phil wins because it shows how dumb the Twitter DMCA system is.

The erroneous tip moment yesterday was dumbfounding.

A viewer, maybe a troll, maybe a legit fan, called 'trans_orca_from_sea_world' tipped 30us and immediately claimed it was a mistake and that he only wanted to donated 3. Mr. Chargebacks was adamant about it "Yeah right, I bet you wanna try to chargeback it, I know that's your excuse', and for a while, decided to keep the money.

Which goes to show you, he mustn't be losing that many chargebacks if he decided to chance it. After a few minutes, he decided to take off the glasses and refund the money. What really grind my gears is that he decided to keep the money at first, be it a troll trip or a honest fan. And yet, the fan started acting like "good guy Phil".

How is he a good guy? He almost kept the money.

I didn't manage to screenshot the comment, but before he was modded, it said "Wait, he was really gonna keep the money?".
If it was a fan and he almost decided to pocket the money, then he was profitting from their mistake. If it was a troll, he almost gambled on the chargeback. Either way not a good look.

Phil being scummy and greedy?!? Wow, what has the world come to!

Gotta love that passive aggressive “alright alright I’ll refund it!” After being called out by the chat for such an asshole move. AND INMEDIATELY TAKING OFF THE GLASSES, because refunding it would mean the tips goal hasn’t been met.

Holy shit, most people would just keep them on, but turboautist Phil treats his tipsgoals like it’s the fucking constitution.

BTW: If you watch normal streamers, its so bizarre to see how much fucking time goes to money on Phil’s streams. Any other streamer just quickly thanks or acknowledges the tip mid-sentence, but with Phil it’s a whole fucking production.

Gotta check the tip, calculate and put it up, quick 30 second speech to remind everyone about the top goals (AGAIN!)

Some autist with time on their hands should try and calculate how much time of every stream is spent on this. I’d reckon at least 15-20 minutes.

I had this weird thought in my head the other day when phil was acting like a hotshot because he lives in a gated community no detractor can ever breach. And I just thought how funny it would be if a detractor was friends with one of the people in the community near his house and had permission to be there.

granted I’m not even saying they would fuck with him even if they had permission to be there, so in this half thought up scenario idk how phil would even know this person was a detractor. But the idea of some detractor that phil knows is one just chilling on his neighbors grass in a chair every few days makes me laugh, maybe it’s the idea that phil can’t ban this person and it would annoy him to no end lol.

It really can’t be overstated how bizarre and blatent this dudes greed and obsession with money is compared to nearly any other streamer on the platform.

ive never seen something like him, his insistence on constantly reminding his own audience the various ways you can pay him is mind boggling.
