I am now very bearish on a peaceful transition of power happening. Until today, I really only joked about armed conflict between the parties occurring, but it's now absolutely impossible that either side will accept the outcome. That's with good reason: this election stinks to high heaven. Biden getting absolutely crushed in Florida and Ohio, but somehow closing a huge gap in Wisconsin with laughably lopsided last minute ballots is extremely suspicious. Georgia not being called despite a 100k lead for Trump and 99% of the vote tallied is also not passing the smell test. It doesn't matter what happens now, there is already an asterisk by this election and given the societal horror show of the last four years I am officially pessimistic that the country will just continue in even the fucked up "normal" fashion it has been.

I'm seriously at a loss as to how this gets fixed.

I disagree on one small point: Roberts will side with the conservatives if they have already have a majority. As someone who cares a lot about the perceived reputation of the court, he will not let a 5-4 decision come down where the controversially seated ACB is the deciding vote. He will side with them to make it 6-3 and ACB's vote moot.

A Federal judge named Sullivan ordered before the election that the post office search every post office in the US, find and expedite every vote by mail ballot in the US.
They missed the deadline because it was a retarded order.

This is the same judge that refused to dismiss a case against Michael Flynn after the DOJ admitted to illegal fuckery.

Ok, so let's say that Trump takes this to the Supreme Court (which he literally has said that he will).

If the Supreme Court rules in his favor, then what happens? The late mail-in votes won't be counted? Will there be a "re-do" election in some states? Will they just declare Trump the winner of the states that will be in question?

I am curious as to what the extent of the Supreme Court's capabilities are here.

They ordered recounts in Florida. I suspect that here Trump will try to get ballots thrown out instead. Although I'm no lawyer, and I have no idea what the legal arguments going forward will be assuming this goes before the courts, which it probably will.

yeah it looked like it was too far for them to have plans to stoop so low then suddenly out comes literally hundreds of thousands of votes 100 percent for biden without so much as a single third party vote or write in or ineligible vote
