The really sad thing about Jeremy is that he’s got a pretty good business idea. And according to even the folks that arrest him bi-weekly, it’s a needed service in the area.

He’s just such a dipshit, and craves “respect” so much that he constantly goes overboard and fucks himself over.

If he made his "officers" look less like cops and just put "FUNERAL ESCORT" on the side he would have much less trouble

But seriously, it's a miracle that the sheriff's department or the actual highway patrol doesn't respond sooner to this, especially when he shut down the freeway.

I wondered the same thing. I had read that there wasn't much until he was arrested then they found all his larping on his own body cam.

Florida being Florida I guess. He has the right of way in traffic for the funeral he's escorting it's just that he abuses that power often by impersonating a cop and being abusive to others on the road. He's been arrested a bunch of times for it and they found this footage that piled on the charges. I think local cops are sick of him at this point and doesn't help that he's a registered sex offender that isn't willing to cooperate.

He seems to have some sort of personality disorder where he can't help himself no matter how many times he's arrested and told to stop impersonating cops. The desire to feel important is too strong to resist so he'll keep going back to it.

He sounds like a narcissist and a control freak, going by the way he was barking orders. Of course, he's singing an different tune in the courtroom; but it still reeks of entitlement. Might be BPD, but he has an obsession with LARPing as an traffic cop.

I've been following this idiot for a while. He's a goldmine of narcissism, pathological lying, severe anger issues, and hubris. He's also a total piece of shit who was fucking the 15 year old daughter of the family he was staying with, although he likes to tell some BS story about how he met some girl who 'lied about her age' to explain his convicted sex offender status.

The LEO in the Central Florida area all have a hate-boner for him for understandable reasons. At this point he's racked up so many impersonating and unsafe driving charges that I'll be surprised if he ever gets out of prison.

I almost started a thread on him a few times, but honestly the amount of material out there about this clown is a little overwhelming and I'm a lot lazy.

That video cracks me up everytime I see it. If you look closely, every time Dewitte wants to interject something, it looks like he's involuntarily reaching to his chest to key up on his non-existent radio.

Well, Florida's fees for starting an LLC starts at an hundred bucks, in addition to the actual filing fee and the costs associated with registering with the county and the city. But they generally don't screen people unless they want a license for a certain occupation (like being a locksmith or anything related to the medical field); I know that these involves an criminal background check, but I'm not sure if psychology comes to play, there.

But tl;dr is that the government generally doesn't care as long as you're greasing their palms and don't need to pass a background check... Until you're actually doing something illegal, obviously.
