If Biden does take the win, it is a damn shame. The world could be so peaceful and great if everyone just came together and listened to what Trump was saying - I do believe Trump is a bit cunty but he honestly seemed like a guy that just wanted a little slice of world peace along with a decent enough economy so teenagers could find burger flipping jobs, etc and study for a real career.

The media are relentless in smearing Trump and years from now people will realize he was not "Hitler"...

Say safe my yank Kiwis... stay safe!

Now here are my new predictions with the recent news

The most realistic win for Trump

Best Trump Scenario (Though you can take away Wisconsin or Michigan)

If NC and GA hold and Trump ends up maintaining a lead in PA and AZ, I could see Trump winning this. The fact that NC and GA haven’t been called yet is absurd.

Cope all you want, but Democrats actually spend less when they're in power than Republicans do, so they're the smarter choice for fiscal conservatives. :^)
Based off of what metric? Clinton had Newt Gingrich forcing budget cuts the entire 90s and Obama had only 2 years of full Congressional control before losing the senate and those 2 years were extremely high levels of spending. The Democrats you talk about had budget hawks preventing their spending habits.

John James's margin is widening again.

I'm pretty much an unironic neoliberal. I hate Bernie.

The current outcome, with Biden winning with a republcan senate is the 'fiscal conservatives' dream rn

But wouldn't count Dems out with *a desire* for huge deficits now that they are also listening to the same MMT stuff the Republicans are. Perhaps part of the reason Dems don't go wild with deficits is their obsession with unnecessary taxation, but still think they'd run a very large deficit if they won a supermajority this time around.

This year really is offer. I remmber on the second day of 2020. I had to put my cat down. I was hoping the year would go better. But nope and now we have enter this shitshow.

I envy the cat, to be honest. Its suffering is now at an end.

But seriously, sorry about your cat.

Did you miss all the hysterical doomer posting in this thread at the first hint of Biden winning? If a recount happens and Biden still wins people will still insist the Dems stole the election from Trump. and if Trump wins the reverse will be true. Neither side will accept they lost.

Let's suppose the Democrats get their corpse of a candidate over the line. He's not got the House or the Senate. He's basically a lame duck from day one and people are never going to forgive them for their blatant rorting.

All the shit the Democrats did to Trump after his election - investigations, impeachment, court cases, and denying his legitimacy can be done to Biden and this time it will be justified. Sure social media will silence it but all that means is that people will move to other platforms.

They've got Twitter, Facebook, and the three-letter broadcasters but how much is that worth in the long run?

It sucks but the US will survive. And I reckon Biden will have nasty midterms just like Trump did. The GOP might even pick up enough Senate seats to make his impeachment less of a waste of time than Trump's was. However, I'd recommend impeaching him anyway, just to fuck with him and cripple his administration. Like they did with Trump.

Meanwhile, the GOP can run a national populist who is less gaffe-prone. And more ruthless when he or she wins.

The GOP needs to go 19th Century on the Democrat's asses.

I'm not saying the GOP should concede, by the way, it shouldn't do that until the SCOTUS rules against it and maybe not even then immediately. More that, like a small country being invaded, it needs to have a layered defense strategy. When it gets forced back from one line, fall back to another.

Basically, if it loses the White House it needs to enter insurgency mode as the Democrats did after Trump's election. Also, it's never over. The GOP needs to be hinting at the second impeachment of President Biden right up to the 2024 election just like the Democrats did with Trump. Every single appointment he makes should be voted down by every Republican in the Senate, with no exceptions. Just like the Democrats did with Trump.

When they're not leading they're an effective opposition party. When they lead the "budget hawks" are nowhere to be found, lol.

MMT is a Bernie wing thing. I don't expect that wing of the party to have that much sway over policy in current conditions.

Also Sharpiegate is bullshit
