The gates of the plantation are swinging open and there are no more fences around the fields.

The Dems may win in the short term, but this splintering off of Latino and black voters is going to fuck them over in the long run.

This is one of the things that should give you hope. Demographics are not destiny and an unapologetically pro-American President who is tough on immigration and socially conservative can gradually pick up votes among Latinos from the Democrats. Because it just so happens that getting told to use words like latinx by rich white girls, told you need to allow trannies in your daughter's bathroom and accept that open borders and Venezuela style economics is the future doesn't go down well with them.

I predict the more the Democrats got for identity politics nonsense, crypto Marxism and support for BLM the more latinos will vote Republican. Even if those Republicans want to have border control.

In the Antebellum South. That's the only time the Democrats ever practiced anything akin to "honor". The concept of the Southern gentleman and the Southern belle existed for a reason, even if it was a facade covering the rot of slavery. General Lee was fondly remembered precisely because he represented that kind of aristocratic honor, even in defeat. Ever since 1865 they've been nothing of the sort.
Yeah cheating on your wife with your slave mistresses that you rape on the dl was super honorable.

I fucking hate people who try to romanticize the antebellum south.

Trump isn't socially conservative. He's better for social conservatives than Biden is, but he openly laughed at evangelical and pro-life voters.

He will probably continue to get the Cuban vote, but most Latino voters are young, that alone means most of them will continue to vote blue

It's so tiresome to hear the the endless talk of relishing the salt and cope, from retards who are basing their entire value system on the 2016 election in reverse because it happened to be the year they finished puberty or something, and think smug detachment is the hallmark of enlightenment and internet culture instead of the oldest affectation of coastal elites, foppish troons, and dilettantes. The point of 2016 is that people actually cared for the first time about the deteriorating society and world around them enough to not be ironic. They've taken everything good about that time period and made it some bizarre display of exhibitionist sadism, despite the fact everything they're boasting about will affect them negatively too, if not now then soon. It's not a cope to care about being wronged, instead of being some worm who pretends to laugh at its supreme advantage as its scraped off someone's shoe.
I can't wait for all the current gloating to stop if Trump turns this around via ballots or the court.

Nah it'll be the Senate Republicans going

"what stimulus? no we never wanted any big stimulus, time to tighten the budget!"

That'd give reps a big win in 2024 cuz a sizeable amount of the public is too dumb to understand trump's deficit spending was good for them

Can we please not have the "democrats are the real racists, the parties switched in XXXX" for the millionth time?
Who cares about racists; they're racist, you're racist, I'm racist, everything is racist these days. The Democrats have been sore losers since 1860. Demographics and strategies may have changed in the ensuing 160 years but that wound is still a very real aspect of their entire raison d'etre. Whenever they get into power one of the first things they do is try to change the rules and rig systems in their favor such that they could never lose again.

He's not a fundamentalist but he is a social conservative compared to the Democrats, so he gets their votes.
