At this point in the process, I think it's traditional to start finding scapegoats in ze bunker and shooting them, much as Hitler shot Fegelein, that no chin mother fucker.

I nominate

Ben Shapiro
Fox News, apart from Tucker.

Meanwhile, I'd promote Sebastian Gorka and Steve Bannon to the rank of Field Marshall for being surprisingly not shit as the Communist hordes close in.

Gorka and Bannon are both talking shit about Fox News.
Tucker is on probation for Hunter Biden stuff, as he relied on Hunter to get his son into Georgetown. But otherwise I agree.

I will give the Dems/progs/regressive this: they are merciless when it comes to getting rid of traitors to their causes and refuse to suffer them. It's one of the few things I respect them for.

What really annoys me is how blatant they are about it. They don't even really bother to hide it by having the votes come in mixed, it's just woops I found all these Biden ballets in my trunk at 4am.
I mean: Liberals will accept it because they want to win, Conservatives will further be labeled as seething theorists until they grudgingly accept it, and centrists will just accept it because they desperately want to pretend every thing is fine. Why wouldn't they be blatant about it? It's going to work after all.

So what are the odds of this actually going to SCOTUS? Or will they have shady people do the recounts and sweep it under the rug?
what does that mean?
"going to scotus" means a decision to apply precedents that were set in other states. the 2000 scotus result was from scotus deciding counting malformed ballots in florida would be a different precedent than in other states.

you don't just go to scotus and say "me no like election, pls gibs election"

Right now we need to hope like hell Trump can squeak by.

Biden simply cannot do the job, mentally. Am almost sure he couldn't pass a cognitive test. Have seen these done. What would happen if he is awakened at 0300 by the news of an NK missile launch against the ROK/Japan/Guam/Hawaii/West Coast and his first reaction is to ask where these places are? We shouldn't have to rely on Jill Biden, elected by nobody, to direct a US response.

Already had this happen once.

We got by because the world wasn't as dynamic and complex then as now.
When a secret president ran the country | PBS NewsHour
All during September of 1919, President Woodrow Wilson became thinner, paler and ever more frail. Unfortunately, the president refused to listen to his body. He had too much important work to do.

One more instance where a President in failing health may have taken actions that weren't the best.

People may hate Trump, but he could and did go toe-to-toe with Putin, Xi, and Kim Jong Un. In the latter case, suggest this saved us from a military confrontation with NK. Kim and Trump, while not asshole buddies, can and do work together, and there's some respect there.

Biden cannot go toe-to-toe with any of these men. They know it and anyone with a clue knows it.

Harris...please. Clueless, easy meat for Putin/Xi/Kim/you name it.

Sadly, this election shows the USA is much closer to becoming an idiocracy than might have been thought even a few days ago. Enough to puke a legion of dogs off a fleet of gutwagons.

If there's one thing I see in all this, it's the refusal to look at history and learn from it. This is all quite reminiscent of the late Roman Republic and I think we all know what eventually ends up happening to the late Republic.
I don't want that happening of course, that would practically fuck up the world as we know it but there is precedent in history and a populist with a more militant slant may take advantage of things.

Personally, whoever is President doesn't really matter to me. I don't want Biden because he's simply not fit for the job, we need strong men as executives not a man who should've retired before the election. As for Harris, I plainly don't like her policies and history as a politician, something that's important to note outside the letter next to her name. Outside that, I live in a blue state, I care a hell of a lot more about my state elections and they went about as expected.
