Yes. There's no way to ensure the person who completed a mail in ballot is actually the voter. We know voting rolls have incorrect addresses and dead people on them. We know the USPS routinely fails to deliver mail for various reasons. These problems may be immaterial under the traditional voting system, but they can be catastrophic under a mail in voting system. There's no way to make mail in voting reliable without redesigning the system from the ground up. Only ballots cast in person and absentee ballots should be counted. Mail ins should be treated as provisional ballots. Let the people who cast them present themselves before an election official to verify their identity and their ballot.

Many trump supporters seem to have come from the initial tea party and stuck around and their numbers have only grown. You're now getting huge massive election protests made up of large numbers of Trump supporters. The fucking commies are mad that their paradigm switch didn't happen either but the commies seem to be lesser in number by comparison. There are large swaths of people who do not like the uniparty and they seem to be staying, they won't go away 4 years from now they won't go away 8 years from now. They're going to be a constant presence on both sides.

Republican voters got a real hit of power with Trump in charge and they liked it, I don't think they can put it back now especially since this movement started from the tea party. I think the principled "lose with grace" conservatives of old may not like getting their feet held to the fire but I think this staunch nationalism that runs through the supporters will not go away.
