The Democrats may be on the verge of flipping the Michigan State Supreme Court. Two open seats, one D and one R. Seats are technically nonpartisan, but judges are nominated by the political parties. With 81.99% of vote counted:

Her subordinates in the bureaucracy proceeded to reinstate nearly all of her orders on their own authority, not hers. Lawsuits are proceeding against said minions and their orders.]
