Even then the main problem in the 2000 election in Florida was how the actual ballot was formatted. This is an intrinsic crisis going on within our election system, where we unironically are expected to accept the results of an election full of fraud in a handful of crucial counties and not say anything about it. This is so brazen and so unfathomable, that pretty much everyone will lose at least some faith in the political process here, no matter the results.

Broadly speaking, Accelerationism is the theory that you want to force some group / societal change / etc to speed up, to go faster.

Marxists often think they can use accelerationism on capitalism and cause it to collapse, not realizing that only shitty economic theories like Marxism fail like that.

In this election, accelerationism would be encouraging these idiots to try this ballot bullshit again in 2024, because the more they do the more obvious it becomes and the more likely they'll be caught. Or push Republicans to do the same thing, because the sure fire way to get the media to disavow a lefty tactic is to have a righty do it. (For example, Cernovich canceling a pedophile who worked for Disney.)

Another example is of right wing accelerationists who believe that Western Civilization is nonredeemable and unsustainable cause of the ever going towards leftism and should be accelerated towards its collapse so that the republic or whatever can be reborn again.

The fact of the matter is that liberals and leftists have no answer for lower birth rates other then keep importing people who's kids will then fall to liberalism and leftism and have no kids of their own. Its part of the reason why I don't give a shit if Trump loses. He'll never bring the hammer down on Big Tech and onto the people that are doing this, so its kind of pointless. If he wins and then goes on exterminatius, I'd be salty. But the likelihood of him doing that is close to 0. So I don't really care how it turns out. If you can't get your guy to win without it looking like blatant fucking fraud, he's not going to have any political capital to use. You're only setting things up for disappointment.

If Biden wins, it will be under such suspicious circumstances with absolutely no mandate, he's basically a lame duck president from the get-go. It'll be four years of fucked up foreign policy with all of Biden's agenda being stone-walled.

Actually, yes. One of those +150,000 ballot boxes that magically went 100% to Biden had exactly ZERO downballot selections, IIRC.

Yes. Again, all these 137,000 ballots in places like MI, GA, PA and WI just had filled out only Biden for the Presidential race. Not any other candidate was chosen, including on the downballot tickets. They probably only cared about ousting Trump rather than making their ballots appear like an actual person filled them out.

Pretty much. I don't think it's the DNC being lazy, though. More like being blindsided. In most of the downballot races they've lost, they were the favorites (sometimes by very wide margins).

Besides, they needed a system that would allow them to move ballots quickly wherever they were needed, and the downballot choices can change between areas. You can't pump 100k ballots into a district that only has 150k registered voters, after all. So marking the only option that truly mattered to them makes sense.
