I mean I agree about not letting politics swallow up your life and Biden being elected under normal circumstances being not that big a deal. But, it's the fact that there's massive voter fraud going on in these key states and if we let that slide then it will become a precedent in American politics and undermine any faith anyone has in our electoral system. Honestly the best way to bring this up to SCOTUS isn't to necessarily ask to get rid of the extra ballots. It's to ask to turn back the tallies to a time where the voting total was known definitively. At least then, if you've proven that there is massive fraud going on, you can make sure you generally represent the will of the people accurately.

I think the argument will be that votes after vote counting was frozen are all suspect and can't be verified.
The vote count should not have stopped. Sure it's 3am, but it's not like it happens every month or something.
The moment they began freezing the results things started to get weird.
All the states who reported on time had normal voter participation rates.
The states that froze their counting have since then been finding extra ballots flooding in from every crevice

Yeah thats my one criticism of Trump that has remained consistent he tends to word things in a very hyperbolic manner. Its a double edged sword as it helps to rally up his base but it makes a lot of normalfags uneasy. Those injunctions that are being filed are to stop the count and allow in Republican staff that were previously blocked from supervising the counting process. It's to get people on the ground gathering evidence, because if you let the whole proccess go on you give wrongdoers time to try to erase/doctor/bury evidence of wrongdoing when it does land in the courts. If there's already cause to suspect issues with the counts (and there is), then they should be stopped as soon as possible so that evidence may be gathered to determine whether or not there's an issue.
