PA’s been being sketchy for months with the rule that we could still count votes for three days after Election Day because mail in votes that were postmarked by the 3rd were still valid as long as they were received at the county election office by 5 PM on Friday the 6th. Yes, this was challenged, but our courts still allowed it.
Oh, and if the postmark was unclear, they could still be counted unless there was evidence they were mailed after Election Day. God only knows what that “evidence” would be.
Do you want to make PA look like an non-corrupt state? Because this is not how you do that.
