Neither do I but the main difference here seems to be the mail-in controversy. And Florida fixed their shit after that.I know jack shit about Bush v. Gore, but wouldn't that count as precedent?

I don't think sending federal agents to polling stations is a part of "doing nothing". That's why I just can't take this doomer shit seriously. They're doing fucking nothing because Barr is just as much part of the Deep State interests as Mueller. We just have to accept we live in a Banana Republic.
I could see it. The plan was originally to give Trump some ballots as well third party candidates, but most for Biden. Then someone got way to happy and made them all for Biden and not making a single one for Trump or Third party candidatesThe calm before the storm. I am skeptical that Trump's team has anything big. A whole lot of smoke, but proving there is a fire will be an uphill battle. So that side is mostly quiet.
on the other side, they are quiet because this is NOT how it was supposed to go. It was supposed to be a landslide, not s squeaker in which they didn't gain the senate and the house is taking hits. And somebody dripped those votes in Wisconsin and Michigan too obviously, too blatantly.
I don't think they did it so brazenly because they think they can get away with it. I think someone fucked up because the plan was too complex with too many moving parts to NOT fuck up.
Sorry, I am fake news. It was just my wistful thinking.Sauce of MI being retracted?
That, or they panicked due to his lead and hit the button. Or they were meant to be dispersed throughout the day(s) and dropped them all at once. LOTS of ways that could have fucked up, and the fact it dropped in two neighboring states at the same time makes me think the same person made the call for both.I could see it. This is lunacy. Absolute lunacy. That the head of the OSCE would say that knowing that just earlier today, their own fucking Pennsylvania delegation was barred from accessing counts in Philadelphia:

Actual foreign interference.
I think so too- the sun still shines, and it's a good time for a walk.Stepping away from the computer for a while might do some of you some good. I was able to reflect a bit when I did that, and see that the world isn't ending even in the worst case scenario. Don't get me wrong, I'm still upset by what I've witnessed in this election, but you have to try to remember that in most cases, very little in your actual daily life changes after an election. Giving in completely to pessimism is almost as unhealthy as being too optimistic.
You know, I’ve become convinced over the last four years that the core reason the media, political establishment, and big tech hate Trump so much isn’t really because of Trump himself, it’s the fact that by being elected, he proved that those groups didn’t have as much power and influence as they thought they did. Some total non-politician who was well-known for being a brash, over-the-top loudmouth proposed to “drain the swamp”, and enough people were on board with it that he actually got voted into being the president of the US. Trump becoming president proved that the plebs still held power.
Good he took Trump's advice. It would be interesting if we get history repeat back in the 2018 midterms with the shit that happen in FloridaJohn James is not conceding the Michigan senate race. He also thinks there may have been fraud.

Yeah but if this isn't fixed in the courts and with the development of a neutral election commission, future elections will just devolve into a ballot counting arms race. The Republicans have no reason not to start doing this if it gets ignored this election. Soon we'll have reported ballot #'s that are larger than the census population for both sides. There's just no end.Huge
It benefits both parties to keep elections ambiguous and fixable. And the Democrats unironically argue that requiring a double secret super duper ID that you must pay 70 bucks for to go onto an airplane is just fine but having the federal government pay for voter ids is racist.
They should be fucking panicking. They were retarded enough to think that just because they make their in-party elections fraudulent meant they could do that to several key swing states in the general election. It honestly would have been better for them to lose normally, since that would make them look better to the average voter rather than bring the issue of voter fraud front and center to the national consciousness. To provide a counter point to people claiming this is just them being brazen because nobody will challenge them.
How would you explain right now? Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Arizona. Biden only needs two (One in Pennsylvania's case) and they win. So if they were just doing it because the think they can get away with it... why didn't they? Why is this being dragged out?
That's not a sign of "We can do whatever we want", that's a sign of panic.
Well voting has changed a lot since the 1790's.Hey, that's another thing man. Don't just be mad at the people running now. We've had 200 fucking years to get something as simple as voting sorted out and working smoothly, but haven't done jack shit.
