They will talk up anything the president does as if it is the most incredible and genius thing ever invented, especially if it had nothing to do with him/her and was up to the states or congress. Then they will completely ignore any bad actions and talk about whatever governor, senator, mayor, etc they deem as racist and evil. Throw in some feel-good stories about minorities getting a job or some feel-bad stories about the evil racists who put a rope in their yard that reminded some 17 year old black kid of slavery, but in reality was just holding up a swing for their children.

What did the media say about Obama causing opiate deaths to increase by 11x from the beginning to end of his presidency? What did they say about the children in cages which were more numerous than any president including Trump? What did they say about his brilliant Universal Healthcare plan becoming a handout to insurance companies while removing the rights of individual citizens? What did they say about school shootings which skyrocketed in number during his tenure? What did they say about the drone strikes and shit which are basically passe to talk about in right wing circles now? If they said anything about them at all, it was to pass blame to somebody else, or make excuses for why it didn't work out.

Born in 97. I don't remember the bush administration outside of bush jokes from family guy, but i did remember the media's constant nutting over Obama and funny part about it was the fact i was an obama supporter only because I'm black and assumed that him being in office means racial tension would disappear overnight. That and i saw people get labled as racist or a house nigga if they didn't worship obama.
