Trump wants it gone so they stop censoring him. Biden wants it gone so the left can get rid of any opposing viewpoint.

PA was court ordered to keep the late arriving ballots separate. PA refused, which is an avenue of attack for Trump. He could demand the vote be tossed out.

It really is a game of chicken. The Dems are betting republicans don't have the balls to use the tools at their disposal. The fabric of the nation will be torn apart either way, the GOP has to be made to know that if theres any chance they back up Trump. The national GOP should be on the phone right now threatening the Penn/GA/MI/WI/AZ GOP and reminding them of this.

That's the spoilation rule in action. Courts don't take kindly to evidence being destroyed and will assume it meant the absolute worst. If you make ballots impossible to verify by destroying them literally, or practically by mixing, the court will toss the whole lot and tell you to get bent.

They typically don't like cutesy "I'm not touching you!" type games.

NYT announced that Biden's leading in PA. Looks like this will be heading to the courts, unless of course the deadlines to get it to SCOTUS have passed.

So I've been lurking for a while and a few things. If you actually look at the voter turnout in the MI counties (as reported by NYT) and compare it to 2019 census estimates, the Democratic won counties don't have a significantly lower turnout than the Republican won counties. From my own autism last night:

Wayne County (Dem +38%)= 68% turnout
Oakland County (Dem +14)= 78%
Lenawee County (Rep +20)= 68.5%
Genesee County (Dem +9)= 70.7%
Kalamazoo County (Dem +19)= 68%
Kalamazoo County (Dem +19)= 68%
Kalamazoo County (Dem +19)= 68%
Kalamazoo County (Dem +19)= 68%

Not if voter fraud is investigated and fraudulent votes get thrown out. Philly had a 125% voter turnout, the case for fraud is already there, the question is of how Trump decides to attack this. I imagine the quietness from him is because of meeting with lawyers and other politicians to plan a line of attack. Unlike the Russian conspiracy, there is so much hard evidence of this that Dems should be scared.

EDIT= Fucked up and for some reason can't edit the post itself:
Kalamazoo County (Dem +19)= 69%
Grand Traverse (R +3)= 80.7%
Lapeer Cty (R +36)= 75%
St. Clair Cty (R +30)= 72.8%
Kent Cty (D +6)= 72%

The only main difference is that Oakland and Wayne Counties (and Washtenaw, the most pozzed in the state) have a majority of their ballots as absentee or mail in. This may not suggest fraud, but this is very sus.

There was no trial for his murder because the tapes were erased. There are tons of indications of destroyed evidence but nobody has been charged with anything.

Why would recordings of ballot counters being missing be treated any differently? When have you ever seen someone in government actually get in any trouble over missing recordings?

Whether the narrative was widely accepted is irrelevant. Epstein isn't testifying because he's dead. They got what they wanted. I'm sure Dems would be fine with a biden presidency that all the repubs "know" is fraudulent. The pardons and executive orders still work.
