What's also funny is both the city and metro area of Detroit has seen population decreases between 2010-2019 (-6.1% metro). Philly is 3.8% metro. Milwaukee's is 4.2% metro. Atlanta is a 25% increase (though 32% since 2008 and 7.5% since 2016). Beating Obama in Atlanta is very believable considering it has seen an explosion in growth, but Milwaukee and Philadelphia are suspect and Detroit is laughable.What crushing debt? The 08 election was won fair and square and that recession was nothing compared to the current one. And remember: that election was BEFORE Obama absolutely devastated race relations.
