It was probably closer than they expected. If these two states go to a legitimate recount and audit, what the hell did they hope to achieve if the cheating was this blatant?
I can still vividly remember my high school professors preaching about how Obama's election was evidence of that. I also remember pointing how little we actually KNEW about the guy himself (he was a nobody until late 2007) and I'd get constantly reprimanded for expressing any doubts about him.Everyone felt America was a postracial society.
Boy, how wrong we were.
Ironically, this one pisses me off BECAUSE I think someones vote should count. And the PASC ensured that many would not.Legislators make laws regarding elections retard, not courts. Literally, by overstepping their power and not going with the PA legislature's deadline of 8PM on election day for MIBs, they ensured that law will be upheld as the consitutional right of the PA legislature and ALL the MIBs turned in for the past 3 days will be invalidated. Same shit is going to happen in WI, since that law is already on their books via their legislature and the USSC will basically declare the same shit for that state. Isn't that wonderful?
A blackpill is hard to swallow....>"Gu-guys we can still win in 2022 and 24! Don't give up your faith in vooooting!"
Holy fuck lmao, American Conservatives are absolutely delusional about where things are going.
Mandate by (((who)))?
I'm completely relaxed. I'm just saying we can't just sit back and take it anymore. If they can pull this shit once, they will pull it again. There will be no political strategy that can work against a corrupt and rigged system.
The funny thing is if I understood correctly, if the courts simply struck down the provision that all mail-ins needed to be in by 8PM, it might have stood up to legal scrutiny.Legislators make laws regarding elections retard, not courts. I can already feel the smug replies about: "What should we do then?" so I am going to pre-empt them:A blackpill is hard to swallow....
This election has a clear winner folks:
Rich Baris.
I don’t even have to tell anyone in this thread who the clear loser is.
They couldn't have struck that down is the problem. The legislator is given sole right to set election law, within some very small confines. They had literally no authority to draw on.The funny thing is if I understood correctly, if the courts simply struck down the provision that all mail-ins needed to be in by 8PM, it might have stood up to legal scrutiny.
By rewriting the law instead, they opened themselves up to a can of worm shit.
Believe me. I get it. I'm not going to repeat myself anymore on the matter. You all just need to realize there is no legal way out of this if this fraud is allowed to stand and accepted by our politicians.GOD HIMSELF, YES THAT'S RIGHT NIGGAS, BIDEN BEARS THE DIVINE MANDATE! HE IS NOW YOUR EMPEROR!
Dude, believe me, I know how you feel. I've been saying this amount of rigging seems to lead inevitably to violence. But you do really need to stop glowing, take a step back, drink some coffee, drink more alcohol, and chill. For now let's enjoy the show and quietly prepare (in minecraft), no need to jump to conclussions yet.
I made similar points myself. This is the whitepill going forward. Without Trump, the Democratic party is going to tear itself apart. They wanted a blue wave, and instead they ended up winning the presidency while making Congress a lame duck. This is going to be the most ineffective administration in recent memory. There is no mandate, and the three factions of the Dems that have been sharpening their knives are now ready to plunge it at each other. The GOP (which hopefully remains uncucked) will have a clear path to murder them in 2022. It was also probably a bad idea to have a Dem as President during the oncoming economic collapse.I don't think people here realize just how -fucked- the federal government is under Biden for the next two years.
The republicans are at 51, this is the worst possible number for both Biden collaborators AND democrats. The collaborators have to mask anything they do in conservative jargon, lest they be pilloried by their voters. This means they can't vote for any ideas like the Green New Deal. Whats worse, it means they can't even have SYMBOLIC votes. Why? Because any symbolic votes would require everyone to vote for it and be a good little quisling. The problem? Graham and Cruz. Both have appeared to decide they are sticking with the trump train, and 2 votes is exactly what you need to spoil a 51 majority. So ALL these two have to do to completely lock the senate is vote absentee and watch as neither side can cross 50.
Right, what about the House? Surely this one being controlled by the same party as the president means -something-? Holy shit no, its -worse-. The senate would ONLY be gridlocked, the house meanwhile is gonna be imploding. The eventual result seems to be around 214 republicans and 221 democrats. Fine, right? That's a comfortable 7 majority for the democrats...
Did you see that thing about democrat candidates freaking about losing seats? About how they hate socialism? The -only- thing keeping the three separate groups together in the house was hatred of Trump. And in this scenario, that is gone. Pelosi has somehow managed to stave off the civil war in the house for a while, but cracks have been appearing and growing wider well before this election. You have the Blue Dog Democrats who fear that a push to the left will kill vulnerable seats (and it will), the far left nutsos lead by AOC who have -actively- fought against the party, then you have the deep-state establishment democrats which make up Pelosi's crowd. Who mutually hate both the other sides, but keep getting power due to a mixture of long standing existence and being the middleground between the two others.
Good fucking LUCK keeping those from going at eachother now that their only lightning rod of hate is gone. And with only +7, any one of those factions being discontent and voting against things means the whole business is scuppered. There is no wiggle room.
So that's JUST congress. What about the other two branches?
Judiciary is LOCKED republican for the next 20 years at least. McConnel filled those seats and the last days of the Trump presidency would be a SPREE of filling the last ones. By the end, a full two thirds of all judicial seats will be conservative. And there will be no way to pack it with the senate under republicans.
So that leaves the executive... whose fraudulent election ensures foreign policy is right out the window. Lots of friendly, knowing smiles and no commitment. Putin stepping down removes THAT lightning rod entirely. Internally, Trump DID clean house and filled most of the positions of the upper brass in the three letter agencies with either loyalists or originalists. So Biden will be doing exactly what Trump had to do, and combating that for his first term. He has -no- mandate, and thus cannot push forward any policy... not that congress could pass it if he did. And so he's left with EOs, but with Trump not signing the Patriot Act a LOT of his ability to fudge things is gone without congress recreating it.
There is a term for it. Pyrrhic victory, " a victory that inflicts such a devastating toll on the victor that it is tantamount to defeat."I made similar points myself. It's going to be a wild 4 years. I wouldn't even call this a victory for the Dems. It's a defeat with a participation trophy.
You say you're willing to march and fight and die for Trump so what exactly is stopping you?I'm completely relaxed. I'm just saying we can't just sit back and take it anymore. If they can pull this shit once, they will pull it again. There will be no political strategy that can work against a corrupt and rigged system.
It'd be funny when the media tries to carry water for Biden/Kamala by claiming this economic collapse is Trump's fault or someshit. (You can quote me on this. They WILL run this headline.)I made similar points myself. This is the whitepill going forward. Without Trump, the Democratic party is going to tear itself apart.
