If he ends up with it, despite all this fuckery...

I do not consider his election to be valid, and I do not consider his administration to be valid. We will be occupied by a hostile force, effectively in a Cold Civil War, and should be planning accordingly.

Don't you worry. We'll get there soon enough.
Be the change you want to see. Your bravery could be the spark that inspires proud Americans everywhere to rise up against this unjust cheated election, but you have to strike now, while the fires of defiance and injustice still burn hot in the soul of the nation.

If these two states go to a legitimate recount and audit, what the hell did they hope to achieve if the cheating was this blatant?

Possibly the goal wasn’t to actually win anything. Somebody suggested earlier that it could be to cast doubt on the legitimacy of Trump’s second term, if he comes out the winner.

Or, CONSPIRACY TIME: Suppose this isn’t even voting fraud originating from within in the US, but from a foreign power who wants the world to have doubt in the legitimacy of the US president, and citizens to doubt the whole voting process? 🤔

The funny thing is if I understood correctly, if the courts simply struck down the provision that all mail-ins needed to be in by 8PM, it might have stood up to legal scrutiny.

By rewriting the law instead, they opened themselves up to a can of worm shit.

Correct. The Constitution is very clear, Judges do NOT get to decide how elections are ran. By changing the law by fiat, they did so, which is a Federal Constitution violation. Worse, the Mail in Ballot law has a provision that if any part of the law is ... broken? Compromised? ... the entire law is invalidated -- that means, No Mail in Ballots, AT ALL, for the entire state.

The GOP basically wrote a poison pill into the law just in case they performed some kind of fuckery.

Only remedy I can see would be them invalidating ALL the mail in ballots, which is what they have to do according to state law. What does that do to the vote count? Did they ever keep the two tallys separate, or did they whoopsydoodle fuck that up too just to make it harder to fix afterwards?

Reading through this thread and I Have legit questions for all of you:
- why are you so convinced there was widespread fraud? Because trump said so? Because there just has to be bc of so many mail ins?
-you realize we are only this fucked up situation bc the republican legislatures of these key states wouldn’t allow ballots opened until Election Day? If they didn’t have those rules those states would be called already like all the others and we wouldn’t be in this mess. It’s an entirely republican created mess.
-If dems wanted to cheat why didn’t they win Ohio? Florida? The senate?

Also, be happy. republicans still have upper hand in general. With McConnell blocking every liberal bill coming from the house and blocking all of Biden’s judicial appointments for next 4 years zero will get Done. Plus get ready for decades of conservative Supreme Court decisions

No, no. The opportune moment is after the lawsuits are thrown out for Trump. That's when the nation's right-wing movement will be at complete demoralization. From there, all you need is a little kick to the hornet's nest.

They, in fact, DID keep them separate. Separate enough that they proudly labeled them on their registrar by in person or by mail.

There's a few questions left on my mind. I don't know how voting works in these northern swing states, but at least here in the south were I'm at, you can do early voting (in person) a few weeks before the November election date or if you have a valid reason, you can request a mail in ballot. But looking at some data, it seems some of these northern states don't have early "in person" voting? Like if you want to "vote early" you have to request a mail in ballot??? But I've also read that some of these northern states sent out mail in ballots to all registered voters automatically just because of the "covid issue". (?)

I'm trying to find a logical explanation as to why the voter "turn out" was 50% higher this time around in these northern states even though their population growth is minimal or even negative. Perhaps a large number of people were not going to vote, but because they were mailed a ballot and all they had to do is fill it out and drop it back in the mail box, so they "voted". (?)

If that is the case.... it seems strange and seems almost like vote harvesting. As an example, say we have a town of 20k people, we hold "in person only" voting and only 1000 vote. But the next year we do "mail in ballots" only, and 19,000 "vote". I understand "every vote counts", but if a huge chunk of your population is too lazy to even go to a physical polling place, how is it that their vote should count if mailed in, especially if all they did was circle the option for president and skip the 20+ other choices for senate and local candidates....

I feel like that could be an answer to what were are seeing... but I don't know if that is how voting works in the north... And I still don't see someone who is too lazy to vote in person even taking the time to do mail in voting either. Heck, at my last "office job", my team lead would show up to work super late several times a year because his water/gas/electricity would get shut off "randomly". It was because he'd only check his mailbox like once a month, but sometimes "forget" to even do that and end up checking it once every two months. The only reason my mail is checked everyday is because my wife does it lol.
