Black vote if anything swung more towards Trump than any modern republican, and I'd say the momentum veers generally in that direction overall. People of similar ideologies team up to work together, they go to people who SUPPORT such views to raise money (ex. the NRA funding pro gun candidates)
There's no rigging at all, just people who agree on similar policies working together to help each other win so they can work on making their agreed upon principles reality.
