Before Kiwi Farms I assumed that the gender surgeries were way more successful than they actually were. Maybe one day we’ll have the technology but man these surgeries are atrocious. That's very true. Another thing I've observed is that a lot of trannies aren't even feminine at all, they just have the delusion that being a female will solve all their life problems.

You can take lungs out of a dead person’s body and put them in a living person and they’ll work? Wow!
