When troons are murdered, it's pretty much always in the ghetto, by gay men of color on the DL, and typically involves drugs, prostitution, or fear of exposure as a gay man.

If a tranny doesn't disclose their trans status to a person upfront before sex or whatever, then they absolutely deserve for someone to flip out on them. A TIM is still a male, doesn't matter if they have manboobs or got their dick inverted. Straight men do not want to fuck men, no matter how feminine they appear as. And the fact a tranny would withhold that information, because they know the person would reject them because of it, that is rape by deception.

Though, I doubt this rarely happens, because most trannies are pretty easy to clock in real life, though it seems that men don't pick up on it as easily as women do. Anyone who has sex with a tranny most likely already knew they were a tranny. If someone did have sex with a tranny, then "freaked out" and killed them afterwards, I don't think it's because they were tricked, but are instead a self hating gay or bisexual, and are more worried about people finding out. I think recently that happened to a gang member, who was down to fuck a tranny, but was afraid of his gang members finding out, so killed the tranny so his fellow gangbangers wouldn't think he's a fag.

There really isn't such a thing in U.S. law as "rape by deception." When it does exist, it's a really limited thing, like you only obtain consent to sex by tricking someone into thinking you're their husband in the dark. This almost never actually happens. You're generally presumed to be able to consent to sex as an adult whether you're lied to by someone claiming they're a U.S. Navy Seal, a wealthy lawyer, a woman, or any other thing.

These assholes never 'feel safe'. Who cares? Like they're guaranteed to always have a feeling of safety and security wherever they are. Also, considering how they ignore or attack the actual providers of security, they actively seek to make themselves unsafe.

Not that their actual level of security and safety can be said to have any corollary to how much they feel safe. And as we all know, it's feelings that matter the most.
