If he loses and is found to have committed fraud this is 1000% how it goes.
The DNC rats out the low-level dangerhairs and joggers who did the footwork of the fraud and they alongside maybe one-two B tier politicians get to eat shit in prison for life.
Joe will be spared, saying he "didn't know of any of it" and the DNC will even admit he's demented to prove that no way a senile old fart could mastermind this; it was all just some lowly miscreants and B-tier rejects.

And I'm personally ok with that, so long as Twitter gets to eat so much shit Jack Dorsey starts asking for more plates of it due to how much he's grown to like the taste of it.

Oh and that faggot Cooper and his buttbuddy Colbert have to issue a live public apology. I can see Colbert straight refusing, saying #resist, and then blowing his brains out.
Joe Biden will distance himself, but never admit to anything ever having been rigged. If SC rules fully in favor of Trump, Dems cry foul and we move into full Antifa ‘The Troubles’ mode.

All of politics is a back room negotiation, and the only one with any real cards left to play is Trump. The only question is if he can successfully leverage them. I remain unconvinced he can, but his odds of succeeding have gone up in my view from 20 to about 40. And the fact that the fuckup is to such a scale that he almost has a coin flip chance is more a testament to the sheer idiocy of the democrats than anything about Trump.
What could they even offer Trump in a deal though?
In a backroom parlay, I assume they'd want immunity from charges in exchange for cooperating and surrendering some fall soys.
I can't see them yielding to new voter ID laws or axing "sanctuary" cities.
If Trump has all he needs to make successful case for fraud, why would he even negotiate to begin with?
If we don't see Joe concede or have states declare for Trump, then I'm going to assume negotiations are done and they hit the political mattresses.

If Trump has a second term he can wait two-three days of chimping and then use the insurrection act without fear of reprisal.
I cannot imagine the locals complaining about pasty white crackers getting domed or hosed.

It is shit like this that is the reason that in my country, we count and recount and recount. By hand. At the polling place. And then we count and recount over and over again at the county election office.

You misunderstand the scale of the issue. As someone mentioned in an epic doomerpost earlier in the thread, It's entirely possible the only reason we have our current two parties is that one of them has been rigging elections for a century or more. Every city that gets a leftist dominated urban region eventually has said leftist urban region completely take over their state's politics and it NEVER switches back, EVER. And they insist, every day, as loud as they can, that if you suggest that there's EVER any voter fraud in the US, you are a conspiracy theorist who must be removed from common society.

We've had 400,000,000 national election votes in the past 20 years, before this month. Officially, there were 1,200 cases of voter fraud in said 20 years before this month.

That would make the United States National Elections the most reliable thing in human history.

Or there's many, many more instances than 1,200 cases, and they've done whatever they can to make absolutely certain no one looks, yet alone counts, the numbers.

The current oldest living person on planet earth is 117. She is not, in fact, in Pennsylvania.

The oldest confirmed person to have ever lived was a 122 year old woman from France, who died in 1997. No word on when or if she started voting Democrat afterwards.
Interesting. This fraud is so bad that it’s hilarious sometimes. Whoever thought it was a good idea to use votes from 100+ year olds is dumb. If you’re going to use the dead to vote, at least use people within the 60-70 year old range.

Insurrection Act should have been used earlier this year. Would put Trump in a stronger position now.

They can offer him the only thing they can offer him. To step aside as he and the legislatures do sweeping election reform. There is no putting this genie back in the bottle, assuming Trump wins (a big assumption, but still), there is a LOT of republican legislatures who now have to do exactly what Florida did. Rewrite its election law from the ground up. God help the dems if they lose 2022 in such a case, because Trump is a vindictive -ass- and WILL try to ramrod FEDERAL changes to election law.

That software that all the swing states use?

That's created by a DNC connected company?

That Texas rejected because it wasn't secure?

Because it connects to the internet?

But they insist that it's fine because it's IP filtered and secure?

... they uploaded an unapproved update to the devices on Election day.

Unapproved update to the devices on Election day???

How can anybody see this and just say that this is okay? Secure devices, or devices that should be secure, should not be connected to the internet for shit like this. Critical systems have a deliberate update path, not just whenever. oops, voting machine broke, understandable, have a nice day
This...this would never be acceptable timing for an update to essential systems. Normally, a system like this would require a change management process to be approved before updating. Nothing should ever be pushed to systems before the change management process is approved because it includes rollback plans if something goes wrong. It sounds like the officials did not know an update was coming, it was pushed without notice. Completely unacceptable for a software vendor.

what I don't understand why this shit isn't open in the first place and simply the device physically secured. all it has to do is count votes and spit out a tally with enough checks to maintain legibility. this is 2020, you don't even need internet when you can send a QR code via phone while having a literal paper trail as backup.

maybe I think the nips do it right not giving a fuck and still using fax machines and web 1.0.

I don't know enough about that account to be sure whether or not it was just a joke, but considering I've seen plenty of left leaning people retweet it who've also been joking about the election to cope, but have just as similarly criticized/denigrated the Trump campaign and right wing outrage, it does have me a little concerned at this point as to how much the fix really was in and how many people are fine with abiding it.

The average American on both sides of the fence certainly isn't pleased, but the internet dwelling crowd seems more than alright with Biden winning at whatever cost and then just moving on with their time without considering the ramifications it has on things like trust in the process or party in-fighting.

I don't know. Just food for thought here. I don't intend this as a doomerpost or tinfoil hatting, but just to point something out.

I'm not too worried about it, I take it more in the way biden was such a no-show, people could project whatever they wanted into him. it's like the average potential candidate always polls better because there are no flaws compared to whoever ends up being it.
if it didn't work for hillary, it certainly didn't work for biden.

We are seeing this in realtime with Atlanta and Georgia.

The vendor said one of their techs did it. It sounds like the vendor didn't even approve the upload.

Hmm, the timing of this is suspicious, and might be ammo needed for option three for Trump. Push for a do-over in the contested states. That would require the SC buying it though.

Who said they were alive?
Fucking vampires. The second Inquisition was supposed make sure shit like this didn't happen!

Seeing "The Count" memes all over social media. It's a dem meme 'cause there's waay too many words..

EDIT: and it hasn't been republicans holding up the vote.. it's been democrats, waiting until they know how many votes to "find". Classic projection, as always.

Can you IMAGINE the chaos if the SC forces a re-vote in the swing states?

I'm picturing 10 Trump Rallies a day, every day, until the new vote. Instantly, the motto will be "Don't let them try and steal it again." They will have instantly turned him into the ultimate underdog, and even as bad as the right is at Organization (but see stopthesteal.us for some hope) there's no fucking way they wouldn't have lawyers and livestreamers at every fucking election building 24x7 until the end.

If that is true, the vendor should put up or shut up and publicly fire the tech. There are procedures for pushing updates and they were violated. Most software companies have secure development cycles and specific ops people allowed to push updates to production environments. The tech knew exactly what they were doing by pushing something, which was potentially beta code, into production the night before election day.
