The 1 factor you miss is that it is possible to prove fraud. 2 strongest pieces of evidence are Benford's law in the districts accused of fraud and Trump won many bellweather counties.

I think there is enough evidence to claim that the election was stolen and Trump was the rightful president.

1. Biden results break Benford's law
2. Bellwether states show Trump won.
3. Voting Machine confirmed glitched [hacked] to give Biden extra votes
4. Count stopped so the workers could go to sleep and they magically found more votes during the night.
5. Mail in ballots banned in most nations because fraud.
6. Taken 4+ days to count all ballots, more time for less ballots than on election day.
7, Outstanding ballots numbers keep increasing
8. Dead people voting
9. GOP watchers forced to use binoculars at a distance to see votes
10. Most other nations having ID.
11. Green Party removed in PA to funnel more votes into Biden.

I think there is enough circumstantial and actual evidence to say that fraud occurred and this is a coup. I don't think Biden will be recognized as a legitimate president. Can you imagine 4 years of Biden stole the election? Like Russia hoax except real. I don't think Trump will concede.
