Conservative judges will likely rule on Trump's side as they see the roadmap towards Dem courtpacking, the issue I see is with Roberts, and Barrett. The first caused the problem in the first place, the second is completely untested. There's a 50/50 change she'll either be one of the good ones, or she'll be the one who sticks the dagger in Trump's back.

Roberts has a very strange record when it comes to politically sensitive issues. He is in some sense an originalist, yet at the same time he has sided with Trump on the "Muslim ban" and doesn't especially like federal overreach. However, he clearly is a massive pussy who thinks the Court isn't political and shouldn't be politicized, despite inadvertently doing that very same thing.

Barrett would likely side with Alito and crew, at least on the PA case, unless she does in fact recuse herself, in which case she's essentially signed her own irrelevance.
