Hello, I have lurked around this thread for almost a year. So I decided to share some SJW art in one big infamous fandom, Winx Club (it's still alive, weird but true)

As you know, lots of SJW grew up with Winx Club so it is not a new thing to see all those ugly art going around the fandom. But these SJW artworks are underrated and rarely mentioned.

I will never understand Tumblr's fat and ugly grotesque fetishism. The only thing tumblr-ish I can really get behind is more practical outfits, sure yeah it's supposed to be a magical girl show but damn the microminis croptops and thigh high boots wouldn't look out of place of a stripper, what's wrong with wearing a shirt that actually covers your stomach (blah blah it was the 90s and in fashion blah blah) and a pair of converse? (no this is not an issue that cropped up recently, I've been thinking about this even as a little kid).

The general anwer is it's part of the power fantasy these type shows offer. Many girl love frills, jewelry, glitter, high heels and other pretty outfits but in real world you have to compromise fashion with practicality, budget and the image you want to send socially. You might love what high heels look like but know that they aren't comfortable to walk all day so you go with converse. It's cold outside so none of that cute summer dress stuff. You want to wear a sparkly tiara to soccer practice but then other kids might think you are wierd and it might get lost or broken. You can't choose what you wear only by what looks nice, duh. Not really big deal, there is plenty of choise and nice looks within practical clothing, but it's still a bummer. So what if you didn't have to compromise? What if you could wear all that pretty stuff and still do anything? That's basically what unpractical fantasy outfits give to target audience, something fun they cannot have in real life.

Going back to the Strawberry woman, I bet our comments are the first bits of criticism she ever had and it's such a foreign concept that people won't just accept her style or just smile and nod.

Yeah, it stings at first but when you mature more and get used to hearing opposing opinions, you know how to process your emotions and take appropriate action. Eventually, you can even manage someone giving unnecessarily rude comments and act like an adult.

The biggest rule of posting stuff online is that if you don't want people to see or criticise it, don't post it.

He had different hair colors and outfits throughout the play but couldn't find good pics of those.

In my opinion the musical was pretty meh overall (honestly Barbara and Adam's characters were horribly butchered and the story wasn't really good, it's (almost) the movie's plot but executed worse) but this guy's performance was pretty energetic and entertaining throughout the whole thing. I watched the whole thing just because of him.
