Sometimes I think the left eating itself is equivalent what the scientific community knows as "peer review". A built-in process by which they refine the batshit.

It's even better, Biden is quoting Ecclesiastes which is a book written by the King of Jerusalem about how unlimited power/wealth/wisdom does nothing for him and how pointless he feels everything is. Ironically, the verse right before the verse Biden quotes is:
For to a man who is good in His sight, He has given wisdom and knowledge and joy, but to the sinner He has given an occupation to gather and to accumulate, to give to him who is good in God's sight; this too is vanity and frustration.
