There’s an extremely low likelihood of SCOTUS changing anything - they would have to grant cert to at least 6 independent cases - which itself is unlikely- but there needs to be a viable legal theory and actual Factual evidence to support such theory for each individual case. I feel like we are in a fog of war situation. The media called it for Biden as expected. Looking at how so goddamn slow states were being called for Trump so there was an illusion Biden was leading, when Florida and Texas was not called and Arizona suddenly, I knew they were going for it. This election relies primarily on Trump maxing out his luck factor as the Democrats have been total fuckups as well. I don't know how shit will go down but I do know that Trump is still POTUS and will use his power to drag this shit out as there is a legitimate reason of voter fraud occuring.
