OH we are going full retard now.

So a partisan group who are known Trump supporters is having a random person make claims with no evidence.

Who is this guy and why should we trust him and another question, you can't tell this is fake and a full setup?
So they are doing a interview with a guy that is supposed to be working.

Why the FUCK are they doing it like that?? If this is a big crisis thing with evidence to back it op you would throw a pile of money at the guy to get him in to be a whistleblower. That is what i would do if i had some one who could blow a huge chunk out of the Democratic win and show voter fraud on a grand scale.

But all we got now is. Unknown guy makes claim.

You have now shown me 3-4 things and they are all twitter level trash with no real evidence. And like i said look into 2016, Election, Detroit, voting machines and follow that trail. There is something there, but you will need to dig a bit and compare some things. It is something that has a bit more concrete proof.

Retards dancing in the street during a pandemic that has allegedly killed 200k plus people (which they are apparently so mad about) to celebrate a result that isn't even close to being finalized may be the most 2020 thing to happen. Especially if there's a sudden spike in cases and Trump is eventually declared the winner. I don't ask for much but give me this.

They are on the right side of history.

So Clarence is the first person to get Kavanaughh'ed in the Supreme Court? Damn. Had no idea. (I'm a zoomer).

There is still an uneaten hat with your name on it.

I think this is pretty simple actually. People don't like Trump. As popular as he is, with the people he's unpopular with, they hate his guts. But they also don't think the Democrats deserve a mandate after months of these shitbags literally letting terrorist communists burn down their businesses and homes and destroy their lives. I agree with both sentiments. I am glad Trump is gone but the Democrats do not deserve a mandate whatsoever.

I think they might do it if it involves flipping a single state. I do not think they will step in and overturn something like 3 states though. That would be so obviously rigged it would be ridiculous.
I know he's unpopular. I just don't think he's unpopular enough to be the most voted for candidate in history. His approval rating is still in the high 40s. If it were in the 30s, I'd believe it. It is really hard for me to believe he's more unpopular than Bush at the height of the Iraq war.

I mean, SCOTUS wouldn't flip 3 states. They might order recounts, I'm still dubious though. We still have boards of elections looking into irregularities, so they might flip back anyway, which will lead to Biden legal challenges. Its going to be a bitch if it goes to SCOTUS and each state has two results. That would be a clusterfuck of epic preportions.

I vote for that.

Some kinds of fraud are really easy to prove. If you have thousands of votes and the voters are literally dead, that's going to raise some questions. The ballot itself is secret but the fact of voting is not. And guess who dead people vote for? If you guessed Democrats congratulations.

I do kind of want it to come down to SCOTUS just so Thomas can drop the hammer on Biden and destroy him. It'd be poetic. (And of course, my progtard family member believes Anita Hill).

Haha, yeah, this is true. Its not a meme the dead vote Democrat. Why we don't link death certificates to voter registration is beyond me. This has been a huge problem throughout our history and it just keeps happening.

Is this why they talked about mixing the ballots?

Basically a Special Prosecutor is able to act completely independently to investigate some manner of wrongdoing or misappropriation. A prosecutor has a very specific and well defined line of inquiry (like “wiretapping of Watergate Hotel”) but also has near unlimited prosecutorial power because this is who watches the watchmen.

Think of them like a government corruption version of Inspector Javert. The most common thing to happen with them is they go mad with power and overreach. You don’t summon them lightly, because they’re rabid dogs and nobody has any authority over them except the attorney general - who can only fire them, not give them orders. They have no superior, only the guy who puts them down with a shotgun.
I don't like the sound of that. Only Barr can stop his rage of this rogue Special Prosecutor, but there's a chance that this can go very badly.
If a second Trump term hastens the return of Web 1.0, it would have all been worth it.
But what about the Farms?
1) Perception is reality. Realistically, the tech companies don't even have to censor anything. Trump supporters already believe it was stolen. However, what they're doing is creating a consensus. This consensus or gestalt, creates this massive amount of social and political pressure. If we were dealing with just the law, emotionless, cold and calculating, I think Trump would stand a chance of winning. But judges are flesh and blood people. When they feel this massive wave, produced by the media, world leaders, politicians, the five people that actually voted for Joe Biden, its going to influence them. And that is a LOT of pressure. They might just kick it up to SCOTUS, which leads me to.....

2) SCOTUS. They don't like being the Kingmakers. Largely, SCOTUS is immune to Gestalt/Consensus, because they go against it every single day sometimes. Their entire job is to invalidate laws with a lot of pressure behind them. So they're not subject to pressures of consensus. That being said, they don't want to be Kingmakers. Everyone remembers Bush v. Gore (Also NOTORIOUS RBG was part of the court that got Bush elected, for all these retards spouting it). They might not want a repeat and might favor a stable transition, rather than throwing everything into chaos. But, for argument's sake lets say Alito and the court is super fucking pissed PA disregarded their order. that goes to...

3) When you're committing any crime, the more time you have, the less likely you're going to get caught. We're what, four, five days later? Plenty of time to mix the ballots up, forge records and do whatever needs to be done. Democratic bagmen and operatives will wipe everything clean. This is not a conspiracy theory. If you think they don't exist, you never worked local politics or knew people in local politics. Shit like this happens ALL the time on a local level. A national level is a lot rarer. 1960 is the closest analogue. Anyway, I knew Democratic bagmen and operatives for one of the biggest Democratic machines on the Easter Seaboard. She'd use blackmail, veiled threats, withholding campaign funds, promise certain measures getting passed if they were on board....pretty much anything short of outright violence (she did tell me of one politician who got their arm broke in a mugging and it was rumored that it was retaliation against the party, but that's just talk. There really wasn't evidence to back it up. But just thinking something like that could be in the realm of possibility shows how dangerous these machines are) and blatant law breaking. That's the type of people you're going up against. Each county has its own and they're all unconnected, so good luck. Only way you'll ever get them is to RICO these political machines and fucking lol if you ever think that's fucking happening. Maybe if you take a lethal amount of LSD and psilocybin you'll see it before your brain melts like butter and runs out your ears. These guys are typically paid in cash, not even registered to the party (my friend was a registered Republican) and leave little to no paper trail. So we've got the crime scene already being cleaned up. It wouldn't matter if you had people that cared but that leads me to....

4) Democrats are generally low information voters. Sorry, but its true. Most see things in black and white, will drool and pull the lever for Democrat and just walk out of the booth. Its how these strongholds don't shift. So you have this disinterested populace which has eaten up every bullshit story fed to them by journos. They don't even want to think about Trump getting a second term, or consider it for a second. So, they're content to just let sleeping dogs lie. They don't want their Brave New World interrupted. They want their hits of dopamine and virtue signaling, like the narcissistic drug addicts they are. Trump is so racist he got a large portion of minorities to vote for him. Yeah, ok. In any event, this creates the consensus that Biden is the true winner, which align with neo-liberal, neo-conservatives both in and out of the Republican party and the corporatists. So that in turn goes back to 1.

And that's why I don't think Trump has a chance in court.
Point 3 is what I was thinking. They got away with it, the bad guys won, and now they're tying up loose ends in the event lawsuits come and we'll be lucky if we catch fall guys. It's why they can get away with gloating and victory speeches that amount to a serial killer giving taunting letters and postcards regarding their crimes.

To those that doubt fraud: You are telling me that Joe Biden, JOE BIDEN, is the most POPULAR PRESIDENT in the ENTIRE HISTORY OF THE REPUBLIC? Are you fucking high? How is Trump so hated, yet his voting base grew? How did Biden win but Democrats got massacred everywhere else? How is it that the bell-wheter states, which have all been in the 90th percentile for predicting a winner of an election, fell to 20 PERCENT? That hundreds of thousands of ballots were for Biden only, no third party candidates, no Trump, fuck, not even president not filled out and senate ticked, just filled in for Biden? Why were they boarding up polling places to hide the ballot counting? Why did they lie to people to get election monitors to leave? Why did they suddenly stop counting just after the election and then resumed it at 4 AM where Biden flipped, in some cases, 36 points? Why were sharpies being handed out in Arizona where poll workers knew it would invalidate ballots? Why did PA defy an order by the Supreme Court?

You're looking at ALL of this, and telling me this was perfectly legitimate? You're telling me all of this shit is just a one in a billion coincidence? Yeah, ok. You're out of your fucking mind. All of those things are observed and provable.

Knowing and proving are two different things of course. It's like this. There's this one unsolved case where a girl goes missing. When the girl was 13, she witnessed her mother kill her stepfather. She went to the stepfather's family and taped a confession. She later recanted. Her sister threatened to go to the cops with what she knew about her mother. She got a drive out in the dark and a shotgun pointed at her face to shut her up. The girl, older, has a boy. The mother has only had girls. The mother wants this boy. So naturally, the girl who confessed and has a child the mother wants conveniently disappears. No evidence of foul play. Girl would never leave her son behind. We know the mother already committed murder once and almost killed another one of her daughters. Mother gets the boy. She has the three principles of a committing a crime: She has the motive. She wants the boy and wants to silence her daughter. She has the means. Her new husband owns two huge plots of farmland and she has guns. She has opportunity. The daughter comes and visits alone sometimes. We KNOW the mother killed her daughter. We just can't PROVE it.

Same with this election. Motive: Eject Trump. Means: Democratic controlled boards of election and states with weak protections for mail in ballots. Opportunity: Ejecting poll workers to count in secret in the early hours of the morning. This fraud has all three still. It at least warrants looking into.

I can't believe I have to explain this shit like I'm talking to a five year old, Jesus Christ.

You want your guy in more than you want to clean up our shitty election system. And that is really, honestly fucked. I don't care that Trump lost. I seriously don't. I get to laugh at leftists eating each other, the crying when he gives the entire country to the neo-liberals and neo-cons not doing a single fucking progressive thing and the media scrambling to talk about something, anything, for four years. Its fine. I'm the one that predicted a Biden win anyway.

But to be apathetic about obvious fucking fraud, shouting "PROVE IT PROVE IT PROVE IT" and plugging your ears is retarded. Also, THAT IS WHAT AN INVESTIGATION IS FOR. Do you not understand how crime and investigation work? Like what a suspicion is and you know, you look into it? Christ on a fucking cross.

If Biden won legitimately, then all you have to do is sit back, crack a beer and watch the show. Not race to shut everything down. I'd be saying the exact same thing if it happened for Trump. To not want to solve this problem means its just going to happen to you eventually. And it shouldn't happen to fucking anyone. That being said...

Do I think Trump will win in court? No. Absolutely not. Even though the election is fraudulent, there is so much power behind him, he's like a rat trying to kill a giant. His only shot is the bubonic plague.

Here's why I don't think he will win in court:

1) Perception is reality. Realistically, the tech companies don't even have to censor anything. Trump supporters already believe it was stolen. However, what they're doing is creating a consensus. These niggers will want the entire court to recuse themselves, then dig up the corpse of Ruth Bader Ginsberg, screaming "NOTORIOUS RBG" and use her corpse to put Trump on trial.

He only went to talk to him about conceding. Which means we don't know what the conversation was about. Was it conceding now? Is it when to give up when the court cases fail? Is it about the process of conceding and transitioning? Are they talking about the worst case scenario? Did Trump ask for his advice about conceding and when to do it? See, these are all questions that don't lead to Trump conceding now. They only have a single line: "US President Donald Trump was approached by his son-in-law and adviser, Jared Kushner, about conceding the election" That's it. That is the entirety of what they have. It could be Kushner going to him and saying "FUCK THESE NIGGERS, NEVER CONCEDE". That would still count as Kushner talking to Trump about conceding. So please, until he actually does it, ignore these faggots.

Why the fuck are you even listening to these retarded idiots anyway? Journos aren't even worth pissing on if they're burning. It is one line of unsubstantiated text with absolutely no context behind it. If Kushner wanted him to concede, why is he doing lawsuits? Why would Kushner say that when election commissions are investigating their own elections, without Trump's hand? There's absolutely no reason to concede right now, it doesn't make sense.

Is it possible he asked him to concede to spare the family? Sure. But we have no idea because there is no context to that single line. So please, don't run around like the sky is falling. But it is.
I was wondering why Republicans have been getting senate and house positions in a lot of states yet joe biden got the most votes.

I agree @Random Internet Person. I'm also watching that Anita hill testimony and holy SHIT Biden fell far. Like its really noticeable his decline. He's going through a speech without ever tripping over his words, mumbling or losing his train of thought. I know it was a long time ago, but fuck me. Its like they're two different people.
I was wondering why Republicans have been getting senate and house positions in a lot of states yet joe biden got the most votes.
Yeah, ballots were coming in with just Biden filled out on it.

Honestly though, even if they find fraud, what realistically can be done as a remedy?

Ideally, you want a redo with greater scrutiny, but that costs precious time and money. So you're left with what?
Invalidate all suspect ballots? That might also catch legal ballots in the crossfire.
A full audit? Maybe, but I wonder how long they'd take.
Courts handwaving the result? Is this even legal?

No rationale person would claim that there wasn't clear cut fuckery that occurred with this election. The truth is that the media simply doesn't care because to them the ends justify the means in ousting a President they simply view as evil.

My only hope at this point is that the Republicans are able to get a Special Investigator to make the Biden admin miserable and stop them from making 2022 a total GOP massacre. Then again the GOP will probably deserve a solid ass ramming if they let the RINO cucks control the party.

I vote for that.

I'll say probably one of the states will be flipped, mostly Arizona and a hail Mary faithless elector, the look only punishment is a fine. Biden being more popular than Obama is pretty weird especially having someone like kamala as a VP (no one wanted her to be president what how did she automatically became a favorite vp) but these dems/cuckservatives probably really hated trump enough to vote him out even though trump's base with minorities in general grew, but I do feel like most people just got tired of his fanbase or his "rhetoric".

But it is.
I agree except SCOTUS is well aware we have roughly half the country divided and no matter how they decide they will be blamed for what follows. The more conservative leaning folks aren't like Antifa. They aren't burning down buildings and attacking people in the streets over this (yet). Antifa is rioting regardless.

If Biden is confirmed I see the de facto balkanization of the USA in our very near future, like Shasta County in NorCal ignoring what Sacramento tells them to do. This only delays the inevitable because the day is very near when the flyover states won't send food to the coasts, they won't pay taxes or send their kids to war. The Interstates won't be repaired and waterways will be dammed. If I can see it so can they. Banana republic tactics aren't going to work in the US. Sure, it's been corrupt for some time but it's never been this bad.

The Justices are faced with upholding Biden's win, which would immediately destroy any confidence in the legitimacy of our elections for the half that voted for Trump or rule in his favor and cause the DC autocrats to lose their minds and unleash Antifa and BLM with no restraints.

Remember SCOTUS is centered in DC, in the middle of what Trump calls The Swamp. I don't envy them, holding the future of the US in their hands while being surrounded by cutthroats and bandits. I'm going to find a remote and quiet place to wait this out. And invest in personal firearms and a security system.

You read the first half of his post, right? I can't believe people still think that TDS was enough to give Biden the (not yet confirmed) win, and while that's technically true since it's what fuelled the (let's not kid ourselves) obvious fraud, it very clearly isn't when it comes to the actual votes- then again, you're glad he's "gone" so maybe it's just projection.

I'm also curious how many people here who think there's no chance of Trump winning his court case whatsoever are actually familiar with this kind of legal framework, since most of the reasoning seems to amount to "so many people are against Trump that it just has to include the legal system too", rather than any actual argument against the evidence of fraud, or pointing to the histories of the judges that could help predict their verdict, or even seeming to know what the remedies even are but deciding there are no remedies anyway. As for the SCOTUS not wanting to be arbiters of something as huge as this, that's going to be the case no matter what they decide, so I don't get that argument either. People are even saying there's a limit to how many states can be flipped, but I don't get the basis for this either. I don't mind pessimism if it's backed up strongly, but this is just boiling down to "the whole world is against us, it's over", rather than anything concrete, which many other posters have done by the way, and are usually the type to think it could go either way, maybe in Biden's favor. Is it that hard to accept the very real possibility of a Biden win without immediately assuming that he's already won?

Another funny thing happening is neolibs ripping on Bernie Bros who said Biden couldn't win.
They're using the claim that Biden is the most electable politician in US history while berating Sanders as someone who amounts to a fringe candidate who would've lost to Trump, and it's making the Bernie Bros even madder than the MAGA hats. Small victories.

Honestly at this point, trump should just pretend the election never happened and just rally to try and cause faithless electors. He has a better chance of convincing 50 people to go faithless by talking about how awful the Biden administration will be than going through the courts. Plus we all know the dems are doing everything in their power to convince people to go faithless anyways.
