I love my country and will support my President. If Trump wins I will be happy, that is the guy I want. If Joe wins I will be disappointed but will want him to do his best. Joe has a history and I know he also loves this country. His VP I am more worried about; and the direction the Democrats are going is pretty sad.

But I will still support Joe if he wins. That is the right thing to do and is ultimately in our best interests. The left's response to Trump has been absolutely contemptible and I don't want to be like them.

Rate me optimistic as fuck, but given how split the country is, it would be nice if Biden and Trump decided on something like this: Trump gets two more years (maaaybe with Biden as a veep) and then Biden takes over for two years with Trump or Pence as VP.


Fuck it might even work. Biden is corrupt yes, but he’s as moderate just like Trump.


The best part is that the media and far left would absolutely fucking hate it and seethe with rage, while all the regular folks would see it as two candidates who put the nation first.

Cope posting because you didn't realize Biden can appoint senators who are Republicans from states that allow Democratic Governors to appoint the replacement to get the senate to at least 50/50.

Just want to say to all the, apparently fucking white male, voters who decided to switch their party support from the last presidential election in this one, thank you. I'll be holding Biden and his administrations' feet to the fire to try and force him to govern responsibly between now and 2024, hope you'll do so too going forward as well because the country needs you doing so for its own good.

Well, I think that needs to be caveated a bit. Trump will probably win some challenges here and there (the Pennsylvania post-election day ballot matter is the big one I'm thinking of),* but not enough to ultimately swing the election. There would need to be a smoking gun for some central plank of what happened - something with the Dominion software, for example. I don't think it'll be forthcoming.

I also suspect, I should add, that there'll be statistical oddities in many of the states that provide a very high inference of something fraudulent going on. I've already seen some articles noting a couple of them. But such statistical inferences are easy to brush away, notwithstanding that from a point of pure objectivity they may be strong - they're very abstract and it's easy to obfuscate. Nothing as literal as footage of vote falsification (notwithstanding such footage would only be able to taint a few votes and not the thousands statistical analyses might throw into doubt).

* This one is funny because it seems like the Democrats have been trying to taunt the Supreme Court on it. I mean, ignoring a Supreme Court order to segregate ballots? I can think of nothing more likely to piss off a court enough to order a rerun of the election than showing that kind of contempt for the court's authority. It'd still be such an extreme thing to order that I doubt it'll happen, but if anything could...

Biden has to fill his cabinet. He selects Republican senators for posts in his cabinet. The senators come from states that have current Democratic governors. The senators who join the cabinet come from states that have constitutions that direct the governor to appoint any replacement senators for unfinished terms in events such as joining a new administration's cabinet. Those appointed senators are democratic party senators because the democratic governor of the state is the one making the choice of who will represent the state in the senate. This has the effect of taking any potential senate deficit of seats into if not a tie, thus making Harris the tie break vote, then possibly even into a thin one seat majority. That's how.
