I have a math teacher who literally will not shut the hell up about politics (mostly TDS), even during class. Unfortunately, I live in a heavily blue area, so all the students in the class agree. It sucks having to see how blindly they all just believe MSM. Worst part is, I can't just mute because then I can't listen to any part of the lessons.

You're a math teacher. Stop trying to inject politics into a lesson when I'm supposed to be learning math.

Just last week he was going on about how he felt "sick" because of the election. Then a few days ago, oh damn, he's okay because "Biden won." Did he just ignore every instance of voter fraud?
I fully expect him to go on a rant about Trump voters/"Get over it, Biden won, accept it" next class.

Seriously, if you're a teacher that doesn't teach politics, just don't bring it up during class. It doesn't contribute anything. It pisses me off to no end how many nonpolitical classes somehow have leftist teachers who won't shut up about politics.
Now that I think about it, I don't think I've ever had a teacher who was clearly right-wing. Probably because of how much TDS runs through the veins of practically every parent, student, and teacher here.

Okay, rant over, just had to vent about that for a minute and get my feelings out.

Sad to say can see Civil War 2.0 coming at the present rate. See it more like "The Troubles" in Northern Ireland, maybe with a bunch of McVeighs.

In many ways the national level of anger overall is the worst I have ever seen it. We seem to have hit the "perfect storm" this year, with the unwarranted widespread house arrests due to the ChiCom Flu, the related and uncalled-for economic suffering of so many, then the unrest and rioting. Beginning to think it's starting to get worse than 1968 now, just in different ways. Don't expect 2021 to be any better, either.

In my opinion, should Biden (Harris) actually make it to the White House, things will just get worse and worse, very possibly the catalyst for Civil War 2.0. I simply cannot believe so many people voted for a man who could not pass a cognitive test. Believe there has been widespread fraud, aided and abetted by the mainstream media.

President Trump needs to fight this tooth and nail. May be the last chance before people start resorting to the cartridge box.
Lol there isn't going to be a civil war. There's plenty of cities and countries that have become corrupt shitholes over time without any resistance. People simply learn to live with it or die.

But does the GOP have any balls left? The deafening silence from the big names in the GOP, save a few ones, is worrying. I can't shake off the feeling that both parties are content the way things are right now: the DNC got rid of orange man bad, the GOP got rid of orange man dangerous who derailed the course of the cuckservatives and now have a way to block everything Biden will try to do. It's a win-win situation for both.
Because it won't always be that way, and the left made it abundantly clear what they intend to do as soon as they get power.

Fox unironically ran "Kamala Makes History" instead of Tucker Carlson when she did her speech, if memory serves me perfectly.

First Thot President is history of a sort.

Also, I think it's a damned shame that @AnOminous lets his irrational hatred of Trump cloud otherwise clear reason, as he has shown in this thread.
I dunno man I think he's had a pretty level head the entire time and understands when shittery is afoot at the ballots

Back the GOP's last stand and if necessary go down fighting like Leonidas and keep their audience and Mug Club pennies. Or, they can triangulate in an attempt to appear Fair And Balanced and lose that audience. It's not like the left is going to start watching Fox because they called Arizona for Biden but the right is fucking furious with them.

To this day, Reddit is still considered an alt-right hate site by the MSM and Facebook still doesn't censor enough in their eyes.

You would think SOMEBODY EVENTUALLY would realize that appeasement doesn't work.

There are many perfectly rational reasons to hate Trump.

The question is, and has always been with every politician, how much of their shitty policy and character are you willing to ignore in exchange for the bits you do agree with.

Every time you pull the lever for a modern politician you have to decide which of your values you’re willing to compromise. Some people are better at seeing past the tribalism and realizing this, while others will lie to themselves saying that their guy is the best and has no faults.

I don’t fault anyone whose calculus comes up different than mine. The only thing that pisses me off is when their in denial about their own hypocrisy or foaming at the mouth to tell me why I made my decision without having the decency to listen.

We’re seeing more of that these days, and I don’t want to be part of the problem.

Not buying that to be honest. The Daily Wire literally just announced that they brought aboard Candice Owens and have relocated to Nashville.

As weird as it sounds, I think Shapiro going to Fox News is taking a step back for him.
Daily Wire put out a livestreamed video that the election is not officially over and Trump must prove his voter fraud claims. And do far Ben Shapiro has been supportive of the recounts and audits.

The weird thing is that only my one hardcore Berniest of the BernieBros is even willing to give me the benefit of the doubt. A pity "I don't believe you Salubrious but we'll see in four weeks."

The rest of my friends and family are just outright calling me a piece of shit except for my best friend and my Mom.
My non-Trump supporting/anti-Trumper friends find this whole election sketchy as fuck, or were black-pilled long before Trump hit the political stage and find voting to be stupid/pointless.

I don't know how the hardcore Trump haters I know are reacting to this election because the only social media I have is IG; and the most they posted was that they're glad Trump isn't going to be President anymore*, but nothing about how happy Biden won**.

* The election hasn't been decided yet, the media doesn't have the authority to make the final call.

**Kamala Harris

The GOP is likely to lose the senate if they don’t fight this.

This shit is great she couldn't even wait until Biden was in office's to start shit.

... Hey remember how when I explained why I think the left will, as always, eat itself, I did it by comparing the situation with the spanish civil war and mentioned how as soon as the left started having trouble the catalonians started purging the rest and when they were told to stop they declared war on their allies?

Welp. Found the catalonian. Jesus fucking christ almighty it happens every fucking time without failure. It's like a law of nature. THEY ALWAYS EAT THEMSELVES. This right here is why as a moderate lefty I know damned well I can't trust my so called allies. EVERY TIME. EVERY FUCKING TIME. And btw bitch wtf you talking about with all the shit the dems just pulled your reason for civil warring yourself seriously is that they're not progressive enough? Do you even have a sense of self awarene- Of fucking course you don't.

Funny names for politicians vary, but Alexandria Occasional-Cortex was a great one.

If you're into nomenclature AOC's name is never not hilarious. So for the uninitiated:
-Alexandria, femenine form of Alexander, meaning "defender of men".
-Ocasio comes from Ocasió, or in its modern form "Ocasión", the spanish word for ocassion or moment.
-Cortés in old spanish means Corteous or polite.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez would mean "the defender of men that is polite on ocassion."

And I kinda love that fact because it must be the biggest unironic middle finger to Nominative Determinism nature could've ever concocted. It's enough to make me consider Reverse Nominative Determinism, because it is actually statistically improbable that a person would manage to complitely go against their name this directly. Its the kinda shit that makes you think Kek is real and it's winking at us.

Yeah, but at some point the government is so corrupt, unreachable and harmful to the country that you have nothing left to do but revolt. Look at the living conditions of normal French people right before the revolution; when your children starve while the nobles tell you to just eat cake, everyone snaps.

We aren't at that point yet, but if the Democrats don't have to fear losing elections, what's stopping them from doing catastrophically stupid things?

God I wish my friends were like this.

"OF COURSE Biden would get 95% of the mail-in votes at 4 am! Everyone hates him! He told everyone not to vote by mail!"

It would be a problem if we relied on national level GOP members, but Trump is popular within the state GOPs, which are more connected with their base and have direct inroads to their state legislatures (at least the Republican members). Pretty much all of these swing states have a majority GOP legislature and the state legislature sends in and appoints electors. Also, as far as I know they don't have laws forcing electors to vote a certain way.

So, an interesting, normie (or at least, boomercon) friendly article:

1604850521759.png

  • With PA, Biden has 290 EC votes. PA is 20.
  • Alito's SCOTUS opinion is that he wanted after election night at 8 pm votes to be seperated for a reason.
  • 4 Justices already said that the PA Supremes cannot adjust voting rules like they did. (This is the "you can vote after the election that's coo" part.)
  • Add ACB, who is an originalist and will almost certainly agree with them, and that's 5-4 against Biden.
  • Biden in PA is going to lose at the SCOTUS level, and they know it.
  • Removing ballots after 8 pm and Biden loses PA. 270 EC.
  • Nevada has a bunch of Californians that are illegally pretending to live in Nevada to avoid Californian taxes.
  • Harry Reid apparently did a GOTV effort with these California/NV voters in NV. No word on evidence of this, or if this is hyperbole.
  • This is supposedly the 3,500 NV votes they have already contested.
  • Trump's people probably didn't stop looking.
  • NV is now within reach for Trump.
  • AZ is within reach for Trump. Down to 0.05% difference with red districts left. Trump was overperforming in even the blue districts.
  • Wisconsin is +20,000 Biden.
  • Many more votes than voters in Wisconsin. (WI does have same day registration, apparently.)
  • WI clerks were directed to, and did, modify mail-in ballots and fill in the blanks where witnesses left out info. Each ballot they did so with is now invalid.
  • "Thousands of these votes." WI is +20k Biden. No additional boxes of votes being magically found. Each vote Trump's team invalidates is -1 Biden.
  • NC is Trump, but they won't call it. AK too.
  • Michigan. +150,000 Biden.
  • Google and Big Tech desperate to scream that MI voter fraud was debunked. First 3 pages of search results claim this. But Google won't be there to explain things to the courts doing discovery on this.
  • Blatant voter roll fuckery. "[Civil War soldiers voting Biden] was funny at first, but the overwhelming number now goes beyond humor and rubs our faces in it."
tl;dr: PA is almost definitely Trump's once the SCOTUS gets ahold of them. Means he has to flip one additional state. Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, all of which have recounts and lawsuits coming.

Articulate them, if you would, and I would be interested in how many fall on the side of character foibles as opposed to substantive policy differences.

It is my experience that most fall on the former, which I find irrational since the main thing that should matter in a politician is policy.

They're going to lose AMERICA if they don't fight this, I hope they understand it. They spent decades trying to appease the enemy and these are the results.

Not only that; but dumbasses like AOC are so gleeful that she outright said she was coming to get anyone that backed Trump.

It's never been so apparent as in CURRENT YEAR that there is no saving your own hide with a plea bargain or appeasement. If you ever helped Trump once, you are on a permanent shitlist that you cannot escape. I would think even the dumbest career politicians would know that by now; the Dems aren't even hiding it.

I would also hope that some of the backlash against Fox News right now gets these people to wake the fuck up too. There is no appeasement.

If I was American I would have voted for him, but there are certainly a few.

Trump was astoundingly bad at blowing up the national debt for a Republican president. Now Bush and Obama were bad for that too, but ideally a conservative leader should try not to spend massively beyond the country's means. Not many people are talking about this but this is the huge problem with the last few presidents and Biden won't fix this either. Hopefully the country doesn't go the way of Greece.

Trump was too close to Saudi Arabia and Israel. Israel is a self sufficient country and doesn't need US military aid anymore, and since the US domestic oil industry has grown there's no need to keep supporting Saudi Arabia's ventures in Yemen. While he made some decent progress on withdrawing from the middle east, these were major flaws.

Trump's threats to repeal Section 230 were dumb and would open sites like this up to frivolous lawsuits.

Trump made various comments suggesting he didn't respect the second amendment (take the guns first, due process later). While he didn't ban any guns other than bump stocks and appointed pro second amendment judges, it was concerning to see a Republican president making comments in support of red flag laws which violate due process. This carries over from his days as an anti gun New York Democrat in the 1990s.
