Both houses of the Michigan legislature are Republican-controlled, and are on track to remain so when the new terms begin January 1st. The senate and house oversight committees have issued a subpoena to the Michigan Department of State, "seeking documents and communications related to the mass mailing of absentee ballot applications to registered voters in the spring and later mass mailings of information about people's right to vote." They want the information by 5 pm November 16th.

Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer (D), who was on the short list for Biden's running mate, has said she will decline any offers to serve in Biden's cabinet, preferring to stay in Michigan instead.
"The effort to contain COVID-19 is one of the reasons Whitmer wants to remain in Michigan, she told WDIV."

It does confirm my theory that Trump runs the GOP like a mob boss. Although I heard more stuff by Republicans telling him not to concede today. And Mitt Romney must be basically person non grata in the GOP at this point by trying to ratfuck Mitch McConnell out of a Senate seat if he is trying to really join the Bidens. I can't imagine Trump has some dirt on these republicans, not as much as Biden probably has on his democrats working with them for 40~ years. And these republicans gave him as much trouble as the Democrats have before McCain got Ginzburged.

PA fucked up so badly that no one knows quite what will happen, but at the very least, Biden keeping it without at least a full recount/audit is extremely unlikely.

They both managed to fuck with the Constitution and deny a direct court order. Out of all the other cases, PA is easily the heaviest in Trump’s favor because it managed to get just that goddamn bad.

Yeah and as for the other states, what do you guys think will be the likeliest that Trump could flip back since if he just gets Arizona, NC, and Pennsylvania called for him he would be 7-10 EV away from 270.

If Melanie really wanted to tell her husband to concede, do you think she would tell anyone else? Or even tell him in a room with anyone but the two of them?

This is kinda why I feel that a Trump win is unlikely, as horrible as it sounds. Even if there's clear and obvious fraud, admitting it will destroy confidence in America being the beacon of democracy in the world. That may sound retarded to actual Americans, but people around me don't believe that there's any way that America would be stuffing votes like we do over here, cause its fucking America. I feel that safeguarding that perception is morr important to whoever is in charge and they'll bury this shit.

I just think that they dont see the problems doing so will wreack on Americans confidence in their own system though, the sheep will accept it but there will be a sizable portion of the population that will remember this. We'll just have to see how it plays out.
