Flipping out and going crazy is wrong, but we are genuinely on a bad track if Biden wins, for the fact that elections will be 100 percent rigged for decades and they'll get away with it openly.

Both houses of the Michigan legislature are Republican-controlled, and are on track to remain so when the new terms begin January 1st. The senate and house oversight committees have issued a subpoena to the Michigan Department of State, "seeking documents and communications related to the mass mailing of absentee ballot applications to registered voters in the spring and later mass mailings of information about people's right to vote." They want the information by 5 pm November 16th.

Yes the state legislatures may be GOP, but have they bought what Trump is selling? With the talks of lists and the Trump Accountability Project, they know their future career prospects are on the line, and it's their ass in Room 101. The only DC person Trump can trust in politics...is Trump.

There's 3 ways SCOTUS can take this:

1: The poison pill in the law that allows mail in votes is ruled active, all mail in votes are null and void.
2: All votes that came in after 8 PM should be discounted. The SCOTUS has already ordered the votes separated but PA seems to have mixed them, going directly against SCOTUS orders, which would lead to the same ending as the third way.
3: SCOTUS rules that the state legislature elects their own electors and sends them to the college.

I can't see any way where PA gets away with it. They were too brazen for their own good.

4: Barrett recuses herself, Roberts votes with liberals, Pennsylvania Supreme Court's ruling stands.

The fact that the votes were mixed makes me feel that it's too late to change anything. Honestly, if the lot is spoiled, you're better off just announcing that all mail in votes/votes affected by the violation are null and void and you're only counting the stuff that came in before polls closing and placing emphasis on in person votes, but that'd be accusations of voter suppression and a nuclear option I don't think SCOTUS is willing to entertain. I mean, isn't SCOTUS part of the same swamp Trump is trying to drain by himself?
