Im not an idiot, and I know that you can make the same argument for manufacturing in sweat shops. Often times countries will face pressure from the Worls Bank and the IMF to cut labor regulations, especially for poorer nations, which leds to an incredibly exploitative nexus of preying on the labor of the vulnerable. However there is still a semblance of agency and parental involvement in the decision to have a child work in a sweat shop (as evil as it is), however that element of even minimal agency is completely absent in CP. The victims are forced to participate, and are ineligible to consent based solely on their age. Cp consumption directly incentivizes this crime.
