While anything can happen in this world and social media tech has gimped our instincts and communication skills, one can often judge a man by how he reactions to uncomfortable situations. I recommend the depositions to anyone wanting to get a feel for the case at surface level. You see Vic being polite, to the point, and breaking down when talking about how his friends betrayed him. Then you see Ronny and the other side of it, with confused responses, uncomfortable shifting, and crocodile tears. Even relative non-sociopaths can smell which side of this is foul.

D.N.Angel isn't that great as it has the issue of a majority of series that are based on manga, catch up to the series, and then start making shit up to end it in some subpar manner. The art style dates the series significantly as well. Though I'm still disappointed that the series was never picked up after TokyoPop folded so what do I know

Before anyone currently on board with KickVic jumps down my throat, no, I am NOT suggesting they're perverts, pedos or creeps. They're obsessed, unhinged and hypocritical when it comes to abuse and harassment.

Some are not willing to let it go. But posts like thos do not help. There is accountability due to both sides. Each willing to do terrible things in the name of what they consider to be justice. Vic is done is an actor. His lawsuit is on life support.

The lawsuit was filed April April 18 2019, and the initial letters were sent before that date. So this isn’t pre-lawsuit.

Ah. You're right. My bad. I was thinking May, in my head, for some reason. Getting old.

Still, I think this would have happened regardless. I don't believe for even a second that his problems would have gone away if he just kept his mouth shut and "took his lumps." The "rumors" never went away, after all.

"Streisand Effect" really only really applies if very few people know about something.

If it'll make you feel better, I somehow for whatever reason had convinced myself a "Space Dakota" exists, and when I looked it up to make sure, I got swimsuits instead. And now I'm confused but okay with it all the same since the swimsuit models cleanse the eyeballs.
