I wonder if anyone's actually stealthed their way into a serious relationship beyond the first sexual encounter. I'm sure that there are some trannies out there that pass well enough that someone who wasn't aware or perceptive might not notice their manly/feminine features, even when seeing them in real life, but surely they can recognize a penis or a vulva, right? And even when they get the surgery to change it I'm sure that most people can recognize that it's a fake. I suppose they could claim that they were in an accident, but that's not exactly stealth in my opinion.
The only case I'm aware of is the one that M Butterfly is based on, but I think that that's more of a case of a gay man (Boursicot had previously only had sex with men, had been introduced to Shi as a man, and ultimately lived the rest of his life in a relationship with a man) pretending to be fooled.

I dunno, guys. I think Trans Awareness has really helped me out. I used to think that MtF/FtMs were poor, sympathetic souls who didn't hurt anyone, but over the last few years of really getting to know them better I've realized that yes, they ARE degenerate, violent narcissists that deserve the derision our forefathers and mothers gave them for millennia. So I'd say it's working quite well.
