I keep seeing this, but I think the Republicans would just embrace full Neoconservativism, and go to being the opposition in name only party. Politicians are snakes who adapt, after all. Maybe I am reading too much into it, but perhaps the reason why the party is now behind Trump is the great turtle was shown some of the evidence. If I were the Democrats, this is what I would be terrified over: the Republicans aren't doing this because of fear, but because they have confidence in Trump prevailing.

If the behavior of SV during this election cycle doesn't justify congressional kangaroo courts going after their CEO's I doubt that one retard who does hidden camera that pretty much never leads to anything will make a difference.

The ADL's power comes from its clout - not from what it actually does and RWW are literally just professional wow just wow-ers.

Agreed. I personally think he has either extraordinarily little or nothing. The best that guy has found in the past are just people foolish enough to admit to doing, wanting to do, or knowing of questionable things. That's it. I don't understand why a number of conservatives out there think this guy is hot stuff.

I've heard it claimed by Giuliani that with a mail-in ballot there is the presumption that it is not valid. If both sides observers see it opened, the chain of custody is good and it is filled in correctly it is valid. If the SCOTUS agrees and the Republicans can prove observers were not allowed they can make the case for binning all the ballots. That's a loss for Biden in PA according to Giuliani in PA.

I'm sort of light gray pilled, to be honest. I'm not convinced Trump will survive this but I'm also not convinced that if Biden is elected it will be via blatant fraud. Rather he'd eke out a win after the fraud is detected, remedial measures are ordered, recounts happen and the state legislatures end up certifying the result as real. So we're not headed for a single party dystopia but one where everyone knows that the Democrats tried to cheat and just managed to win anyway. I also think that a lack of scrutiny will cause the SCOTUS to bin much more than 20-30% of mail-in ballots, and that can't be a good thing for the Democrats who dominate those ballots while Republicans prefered to vote on the day or use Early In Person voting.

And then there's the question as to whether mail-ins received after the election day are valid. The PA supreme court says yes, the PA legislature has said no and the SCOTUS has yet to rule but is primed to agree with the legislature. Even if the SCOTUS allows mail-ins received before the deadline are OK it seems like it is unlikely to rule those received after it are.

I don't think the SC will allow PA MIB received after election day. They were supposed to separate them, and by ignoring the court order they flouted the SC's authority.

As for the Michigan and Wisconsin, the MIB will be tossed and they will say, what was your result at 8pm, or whenever the ballots were due. Well, Trump was ahead then and so we will have that result. It's not disenfranchment by SC, as the states poisoned the well themselves.

Or Wisconsin will do the assigned electors by legislators (or whatever state said they would do that).
