Roberts might cuck, but the other four aren't likely to cuck on something so clear cut as PA. Gorsuch is the closest, and maybe Kavanagh, but Gorsuch is an ultra originalist and Kavanagh likely has a stone to grind. Thomas is for all intents and purposes a rigid ideologue who refuses to deviate at all, and Alito's probably pissed that his order was ignored (the only people with the balls to ignore the Supreme Court were Jackson and Lincoln, and that shit wouldn't fly today). Barrett's a bit of an unknown, but I hope she sticks to her principles.
Barrett is literally a student of Scalia. I'm doubtful that she will cuck since she is another textualist/originalist.

I'm getting downvotes to my comments of rudy can you guys explain why he's such a good lawyer and will help trump win? Because huntergate did nothing and he sounds like a bumbling fool during the conferences. I hope we don't get our hopes up like in weeb wars. Because it can take 1 shit lawyer and 1 piss off judge to make a case go south.

The stuff I hear from teens who speak about what they're taught is retarded. Now wonder they're all so ignorant and stupid, they aren't taught anything about government, history, how to manage money, basic life skills like cooking or problem solving, nothing but the same bland sterile test about things that they'll have blanked out in 2 months.
Much of the problem is the way we teach. Math, history, sciences. They are all contextualless raw facts that have no bearing on our immediate lives. “Eventually” they might, but the end result is not education. Education involves learning information that changes your worldview. Causes you to act differently, or reinforces your actions. What goes on in public schools is some elaborate Simon Says game stretched out over 10+ years.

I mean, he was the guy who also took down the mafia in NYC in the 90s. Lawfare seems more his style than huntergate, if I were to be honest

thedonald.win followed up on that Gateway Pundit article, which used the NYT Edison data to claim votes were switched from Trump to Biden.

Basically, it looks at all the sequences of reported totals, and found the cases where Trump's total went down. Biden's total would go up by a corresponding amount. And it's not just in the main battleground states everyone is focused on, this happened across the entire country.

I'm not sure if this represents actual vote deductions by some fraudulent algorithm, or maybe it's an artifact of how Edison itself processes and publishes data. If the published results on the state level election sites is found to match what Edison has, that's a stronger case for fraud.

Either way, it means the entire reporting apparatus is untrustworthy.

(also when looking up links, Gateway Pundit already has a writeup of thedonald, lol)

Edit for the TL;DR: autist claims 512,095 votes were switched from Trump to Biden across the country, and 2,865,757 votes for both candidates were deleted outright.

Found this in the comments of that thread. He seems to be extrapolating from the example, instead of providing actual proof of the trend.

So let me get this straight. The voting software occasionally takes the vote total, and then calculates the percent of the vote for the opposition candidate to the third digit, and then drops the third digit, and give it to the preferred candidate? and redistributes?

So if there are 4,000,000 votes in and DJT has 51.7% of the vote that means he has 2,068,000 votes. It then shifts that .7% of the vote to Biden?

So now DJT has 2,040,000 votes with exactly 51% of the vote?

Do this three or four times over the course of the night and hope no one notices the rounding error and you can shift a state at least 2% towards your favor.

I'm guessing that they had this going in ALL STATE using this software and still lost several. As the Election Night went on, and it was clear they were losing the MUST WIN STATES that's when they stopped the count and disturbed the emergency Biden Only Ballots.

TLDR: The Dem's were using Lex Luthor's The Superman 3 plan to get rich off of banking rounding errors to steal the election. Only we turned out the vote so hard they had to manufacture extra ballots.
Is that right?
Edit: Office Space, Yes

I haven't gone through the data yet to check if this is an actual pattern, or it just happened the one time. I'll try to look into it tomorrow.

Sorry, but this has happened before, In lord of the rings, didn't the Army of the Dead rush to the aid of Gondor? Did they or did they not? They were "dead", but they rose up against pupil hitler and VOTED. HIM. OUT.
Trump is literally voldermort so kamala is literally princess leia asking obi wan kenobi for help. Educate yourself, you redneck flyover country mongoloid. I bet you don't even have college debt.

OMG AOC is totally Rey!!!

I fucking hate how accurate you two are.

Why would he?
He told the democrats to not be retarded and get someone else.
Not even hillary has commented last i checked
They both saw how full retard those local democrat machines went in printing out ballots.

Out of all the riggers, apparently the buck tooth sheboon from Georgia found a loophole in the ballot harvesting laws to help rig it for Biden. All the other local corrupt democrat machines made Stacey Abrams look smart.

IF this is true, big if, the recounts will slaughter them...

I am really curious about how the Supreme Court's dissenting (🌈) opinion might read. The same for fact-checking sights, once they are called upon to actually address the evidence. Given clear evidence of a significant (even massive) level of voter fraud, how does one advance the argument that it still simply doesn't matter? Voter fraud is free speech? Better to let 100 invalid votes be counted, then let a single valid one be thrown out? Rest assured, it can be done. If you didn't already have the answer in front of you, you'd never figure out in a million years how the US Constitution akshually forbids abortion, but America's greatest legal minds found a way, and they made it stick. So they are sure to figure out some kind of justification, and you're bound to see it at the top of a lot of Reddit comment sections. The reasoning seems inconceivable in foresight, yet will become trite and banal in hindsight. Fascinating!

That Shiva dude seems like a nutter more than anything, he whined about his own primary loss being "stolen" using very similar methods. He also claims to have invented e-mail.

Plus millions of votes being changed/altered/inserted would definitely set off more alarm bells than a random Indian programmer's autism. You gotta steal elections in the low thousands or hundreds around the edges.

Since I am not getting my hopes us that Trump will be able to flip back Pennsylvania, Michigan, and another state to get 270 electoral votes, getting the state legislature to give him a second term is his last shot. First, however, he has to get through the Senate. I just realized Doug Jones got the shit kicked out of him by Tommy Tuberville so if Perdue keeps his seat, Republicans have a fifty-one majority. Loeffler is not keeping her seat, Warnock is simply too far ahead in the special election for that to happen.

McConnell has to get three out of four Republicans RINOs - Murkowski, Collins, Romney, and Sasse, to not cuck out when the time comes for direct appointment. This is not just to secure Trump a second term, the survival of the GOP literally depends on Trump getting a second term. Somehow, someway, the Supreme Court judges will cuck out enough to prevent Trump from getting the 270 electoral votes he needs, so it all falls on direct appointment. If the RINOs prevent Trump from having the state legislature vote for him, the party is finished and we will be left with a uniparty Democratic government unless we put in the effort for a viable populist third-party.
Isn't direct appointment of electors done by each state's legislature though, not the US senate? All of which are Republican controlled, though I haven't checked the actual members of each one to judge how many will cuck out (I doubt many considering how most of the GOP seems to be backing Trump now). You might be thinking of what someone else brought up, regarding the Senate:
7. With the Republican party line now firmly being “widespread election fraud happened”, the Senate could refuse to certify the result in Jan. Pence will lead that procedure, and will likely bring the issue up. Normally this is just a formality, but guess why there’s this one last step? If Senate refuses to certify, it goes to House where the vote is by delegation. Trump wins.

It all depends on three nuclear options. SC crowning Trump in two to three states, direct appointment, or final defiant coup in Senate. Or GOP cucks and likely kills enthusiasm for GA senate races. Take your pick. They were all insane to even imagine just a few weeks ago, but GOP found their balls and now all they have to do is keep them fastened for at least two months.

Most has been said before, but this is gonna be a daily summary for those with only tangental interest.
Speaking of, can the Senate actually refuse to certify votes, or is this considered unconstitutional? I'm not seeing anything suggesting they'd be able to do this, compared to appointment of electors where the method of choosing electors isn't set in stone, even if traditionally it's through popular vote of the state.

Hunter's thing was pretty boring to the average person, outside of the Long Dong Silver pics, and Rudy's old so he probably isn't that tech adept.

Huntergate got nowhere because it was essentially a moralfagging propaganda campaign and anyone who even tried to bring the issue up got shitcanned by twitter/facebook. Also the Borat shit dropping at the same time as him doing the hunter stuff didn't help rudy one bit.
This is different because Rudy's going to court, twitter and facebook can't show up to court and block the evidence him and his team have gathered (at least not yet).

Effectively this, Gulliani is a good Lawyer, but not the best at the PR game.

Even if big tech tries to block things, that doesn’t mean it will change the courts. Try as they might, but Twitter and Facebook aren’t courts.

I still don't know why Borat got so popular. I never watched the movies, so maybe I missed something, but they seemed like the typical Reddit "act like a jackass in public" comedy style which is so quirky doe. The Rudy thing just solidified it for me.

I would say for the GOP to survive future elections is to maybe reform the electoral college so it's proportional to the popular vote. This allows New York and California to be competitive states as under the winner take all, California and New York are huge voting blocks fow now. And also make election day a national holiday ffs. And bring in Voter ID laws as well.

Do we get a dissenting opinion still if it is unanimous?
