To Kiwis who believe Trump can still win: What odds would you give him? I think it’s over for him, but if I didn’t, I still wouldn’t put it >5%. I also wouldn’t put it >25% this even goes to court in any substantial way.

The problem is less that he doesn’t have a case or couldn’t make one and more that the people around him don’t seem to want to. Some in the GOP are putting up token resistance to placate Trump’s base but it’s all talk, no action.

I am still in the if it gets to the courts then anything can happen camp. I don’t think there would be all this screeching for the retard president to concede right now or the talk of Justice Thomas to recuse himself if Biden was 100% a lock.

Regardless of what happens I think it’s a good thing people are starting to shed their blind faith in Government and the system. It’s good to question institutions and “experts”. This isn’t England. We are not subjects serving a king.

1. He could've encouraged mask wearing among his simps instead of mocking people who wore them
2. He could've encouraged social distancing
3. He could've not thrown a temper tantrum for states to reopen before the virus was contained
4. He could've listened to scientists and not his retarded son-in-law

Sweden did actually have most citizens wear masks and distance (because they're not retards like we are), and even with that, they still did far worse than their nordic neighbors.

Think he still could have won being the "let seniors die for the economy" candidate. One issue was he caught it himself and went to the hospital a few weeks before the election, making him look like a lolcow.

Ultimately I think him appointing a fiscal conservative tea-party guy as chief of staff, Mark Meadows, who blocked a second stimulus relief effort for months, ruined Trump's re-election. We still have massive unemployment with a weak safety net. The Republicans also shot themselves in the face in 2008 with the same thing, capitulating to the fiscal conservatives in their party, refusing to accept Dem offers on a stimulus until they lost the election to Obama.
