If he takes an aggressive legal assault on the obviously flaky ballots coming in after the deadline and also documents the fraud I think he can flip all those via court order.

The DNC is forcing the illusion Biden is President-Elect, at the behest of Hilldebeast, as payback for her loss in 2016.

I think the biggest problem is that voter fraud is for all intents and purposes, very hard to prove, as it's for the most part being pushed with circumstantial evidence that may not be enough to point to a concerted effort at fraud.

GA is possible IF they're doing a manual recount, but PA will probably not throw out all the absentee ballots as their own rules state, because THAT would be something that would be a deeply politicized issue, even though by a textualist interpretation of the law it needs to be done. If they did, that could very well backfire if the DNC were to mass mobilize PA voters to take back the legislature in 2022.

AZ's recount laws are the most stringent (must be within 0.1% to trigger an automatic recount, with no permission for a candidate to request one). WI might fall through the courts, admittedly, but MI is admittedly too wide of a margin with too many allegations present to sufficiently overturn imo. Plus, the MI Supreme Court just flipped to a Democratic majority, so I would guess there would be a lot of backlash if the lame duck court were to rule in favor of the GOP.

It happened after the impeachment of Dilma Rousseff down here in 2016. Her vice-prez Michel Temer was sworn in and there was not a single lefty mind that didn't call the entire process a "coup". As for the impeachment process, it was done within what the law encompassed and for perfectly good reasons, namely commiting administrative improbity for hiding the true extent of the public expenses due to billions of legal tender being deviated for schemes between the Worker's Party and its allies, which caused an incredibly huge hole in our economy which is felt even to this day. Another former president, Fernando Collor, also got the same punishment for using public savings to cover the hole in the economy.

Trump will definitely be called a swindler among everything else he's been called.

I guess the voter totals arent the only thing that can go over 100%

How much difference would the "by-hand" thing make, do you guys reckon? It seems to me that the whole vote-counting software stuff could only realistically be address this way. I doubt any legal action will be taken against Dominion, and if it does it will be resolved long past the time it matters.

Why hasn't China congratulated Biden? I'd say because he's their puppet and they don't want to jinx it until he's actually won the Electoral College vote and is formally enshrined as the US equivalent of Paramount Leader - Commander In Chief, Head of State, and in charge of appointments and persecutions.
