Even with Trump's mountain of failures, all he needed was to not be a raging asshole for a bit and he'd have had the election in the bag. Literally just acting presidential during the pandemic would have kept him in office but he couldn't even do that. Good fucking riddance. Maybe the guy in 2024 will have a brain in his head and the balls to actually do things.

It's fairly common for the person requesting the recount to foot the bill if they lose, but for the state to foot it if it turns out legit. I'm not sure about the laws in every single state though.

You can tell because he's using the appeal to authority argument. Even medical/pharmacological students have seen enough incompetence, and corruption to have that argument beaten out of their minds.

Not at all. Forcing someone to perjure themselves is actually one of the worst things you can do. The fact that he recorded the intimidation just saved him. This flips it back into the court of the feds in the worst way possible. Reason being is that crooked law enforcement relies on being the ONLY reliable source in cases like these when they go to court. Having a physical recording is better than have 50 witnesses when dealing with the cops.

Thanks, AnOminous. When Trump gets his ass handed to him in court, I hope he will be ordered to pay to the defendants’ legal fees. They can just add it to the 100s of millions he already owes.

I believe when the 2020 Mortality report is released by the CDC it will show that we only had a slight uptick in deaths over the previous years.

COVID seems to kill mostly with other health issues. Such, most those people would have died fairly soon anyways but COVID just made the die a little sooner.
Such the death rate from heart disease, diabetes, obesity, etc. will be down with the difference being made up by COVID.

I. The flu vaccine is about 40% to 60% effective.
II. You can have the flu and have no symptoms.

Therefore, you can get the vaccine and it not be effective. Then you could catch the flu but not show symptoms. Furthermore, even an an asymptomatic person you can still spread the flu but not at the capacity of a person with symptoms.

Again, I wear masks and do not oppose it. I do oppose people that will nag people that do not wear masks.

Looks like the zoomers are about to get a front seat lesson at the Democrat play they've been running for over a century:
1) Promise free gibs to populations needed to secure vote
2) Win votes from those populations
3) Do absolutely nothing to really benefit those populations
4) Blame absolutely everything on obstruction from "the other guys"
