Even if they squeal it won't make a difference. In previous US scandals catching low-level people has never lead to any legal consequences for their bosses. Or their bosses' party. It's part of a weird no-compete agreement between the people at the tops of both parties that the pawns go down but the kings and queens stay on the board. I actually think Trump's 'lock her up' scared the shit out of the Democrats for just this reason by the day he was elected I remember him saying it wouldn't happen.

Biden will get grilled by some congressional committee, he'll say he doesn't remember anything that happened in 2020 or 2021 and he'll stay a senator. Or he'll retire and make millions out of a Powerpoint as Gore did and, like him, be lauded as 'The Man who had the Presidency stolen from him'.

Nah. If anything we'd see an even larger split as the establishment Dems would completely sever ties to the hard left progressive wing - essentially the progressives would become political pariahs like the tea partiers except worse, because iirc the GOP just ignored the tea partiers rather than going aggro on them.
As CrippleThreat said, if the Civil War and a longstanding tradition of KKK membership and actual racism didn't end the Democrat party, this shit certainly won't.
And while I personally don't think Trump can overcome the rigging at this point, due to the entire force of the establishment and weaponized MSM against him, it would be bittersweet for me. Sweet because of course I'd prefer Trump to Biden as Trump poses less of a risk to my comfortable life, but bitter because I 100% believe we would see civil unrest the likes of which hasn't been seen in this country. It would be the last desperate swinging of a wounded animal, it would be vicious, and it would be lasting. They might lay low through the winter since it's harder to mobilize then but I'd expect the spring/summer/fall riots of 2021 to make the Floyd chimpouts look like a daycare. I doubt they'd be able to get enough to make it a full blown civil war, and most people in general don't want to see the country split like that, but we would see a sharp rise in domestic terrorism and riots as they sought to destabilize and break the country out of spite.
