Also, Mafalda has been brought up a lot lately around latin-american SJWs. Even in Spain lefties begin to bring her up like the bonafide icon for their cause because she's a little girl that wants to change the world for good and always talks about social issues.

I tried overlaying the lineart and the photo.

It might have been loosely traced: maybe the sketch was done over the original photo, and then Snie redrew over it with her usual style, making the hands, shoulders, head and length of the neck different. I didn't feel like rotating and distorting the elbow and head to see if they would match up as that seemed a bit much.
In conclusion I think it could be partly traced but it doesn't match up quite enough to fully convince me, either.

The hand placement is unfortunate, as it looks like they are scratching/cupping their privates. Add to that the weird bulge on the shorts that I can't tell if its meant to be a fabric line or a crude penis bump.

Apparently that's intentional, given that her text translates to "this is my little stick for denting ideologies".
Still, that bulge is very badly done compared to the the rest of the drawing, idk what is going on there.

Easy to recognize from the hair+dress combo, but holy fuck those man arms and that chub. Aerith is supposed to be very feminine and girly, this kind of stuff is an abomination.
