So this plan was dreamed up and executed during the election itself? That is, that it wasn't planned ahead of time?
Not all of it, no. Trump performed a lot better than anyone expected, so they panicked during election night when they realized they'd have to do more to seal the steal. They got sloppy at the last minute. That's what it looks like to me.

I wasn't really surprised to see anti-Biden/pro-Trump people tweeting #notmypresident but it really tickles my giblets that the same crowd pointing at the right and screeching "lol suck it losers" are so insecure that a large number of them are still tweeting that autism into the ether in 2020.
Like Donald Jr. said, 70 million pissed off Republican voters and not a single burned city. It took all of, what, an hour or two for some of the chimpouts over the summer to start because some criminal got ventilated by cops during any random day?

Oh, okay. Was this accomplished by a bunch of cells operating independently of one another, or is there some kind of centralized group planning all the election fraud?

Also this statement is poorly worded if that's what he said, because it shows that he cares about turning the election rather than delivering justice to voter fraud. Optics check : failed.
Breaking News: Rudy Giuliani was forging fake for Biden absentee ballots to present as evidence by forging the signatures himself!

Optics are already well and truly out the window. Trump is retweeting every second semi-viral election fraud related thing with zero checking of the facts or context, for heavens sake. I'm really not liking just how far he is going to promote the idea of the election, and election system, being a complete fucking joke.

I'm ok with it though. Well, I'm not, but like most things Trump related I accept it for what it is and continue to support him. I really like a large swathe of his policies and like his rally personality and quite often also enjoy his conduct in press conferences for example, but his twitter account is 90% fucking garbage, and most of the time he's being a belligerent arsehole is shit he posts on there (or when he completely mishandles an interveiw question).

However If people think there has been fraud, investigate it. End of. While I dislike how Trump is going about it I think it's fucking imperative that allegations are taking seriously and have an expedited investigation into them.
Now all we have to do to make him tweet about Gamergate is have something with voter fraud next to it. Sargon works in mysterious ways.

Possible, though it's curious that NJ-2 went for a democrat defector for the house, but overall went after Biden for president. NJ-2 is one of the poorer districts, and largely farmland & manufacturing being the larger sources of work.

On the other hand, the three main cities in NJ-2 have had their economies slaughtered for years between the trade agreements, high taxes, forced individual mandate on the state level, and now the multiple state level lockdowns.
I am not sure where you get that description of the district. From what I've heard, its NYC commuters and country club Republicans. The Republican nominee, Tom Kean Jr., is the son of popular former moderate Republican governor, Tom Kean Sr. and thus was able to draw support that Trump couldn't.

I think the Biden campaign made some calls to Atlanta, Detroit, Philadelphia, and Wisconsin around midnight on election night. Only a few counties are suspicious. 13% of the electorate in Pennsylvania, for example, is allegedly responsible for 50% of the votes. You don't need a vast conspiracy - 99% of polling stations could still be legit.

I think, realistically, there was an organized effort by the DNC. Whatever was going on during the unexpected delays on election night, and that weird 5 AM thing-- that is really suspicious. But if people feel passionately enough about this election, I wouldn't be surprised if many small-scale examples of voter fraud are uncovered over the next month. Some spontaneous, some not. Whether or not those smaller isolated cases add up into anything significant, I can't say.
