I love going through American history as this thread goes on. Maybe we’ll get a Civil War: Election Boogaloo Part II this decade.
A civil war is when two rival states are contesting for control over a select area of territory and population.

So by that definition America been in a state of civil war for some time. It just trump got the dragon to reveal itself and the conservitve realizing its in a war zone.

So with the CBS and NBC "calling" AZ for Biden, what options are there for Trump to challenge the state at this point? An audit?

I read that the Maricopa County GOP chair stepped down yesterday after it was revealed that she was a no-show at a voting machine test in October.

To me, this definitely should give Trump some ammo to use in the legal sense.
Add in the AZ Secretary of State being fervently opposed to Trump just like Pennsylvania, and there's more to go on there. It's time for a non-cucked audit and a lawsuit. It's looking worthy like PA right now.

I think if we’re ever to have a violent conflict again, it’ll be like the Troubles as others here have said. Just a bunch of militias blowing up cars and people and gunfights.

They don't want people gathering and discussing the absolute clusterfuck of a stolen election. It reveals their fear that if people question their version of events there will be opposition and increased opposition requires stronger measures. This is not the behavior of people confident in their position, especially if they are moving to limit freedom of movement, freedom of association and freedom of speech.

That's what they've done, prohibited the expression of the First Amendment to prevent citizens from organizing opposition and possibly exercising the Second. The chink virus is just an excuse.

In any other country (with the exception of the Eurocucked nations) this would mean immediate rioting (and not by Antifag soyboys) which would require them to roll out tanks in streets. Which sadly is not going to happen (but it should as once the Democrats cross that line they shed all pretense of "Land of fair and free elections" leaving China their only option to regain control and guaranteeing the literal Day of Dem on a Rope).
Do they think that it's still the 19th century when stump-speeches, word of mouth, and newspapers were the only way to get the word out? Most discussion about this kind of crap happens on the Internet, despite Big Tech's best efforts. Are they really worried that a bunch of pro-Trump protesters with 'Stop the Steal" signs will bring their house of cards down?

Some pretty abrupt tonal changes in Swedish national TV news reporting. Yesterday, the election was still being contested. Today Biden is back to being "president-elect" and Trump has lost again.

Yes, I have noticed the same whiplash change in the British media too. It was all "Biden won" then changed to "Trump is taking it to court with no evidence" then they went to referring to the election as "contested" and now back to "Trump is a loser who lost and has no chance to win".

Seems like they started to move towards reporting what was actually happening (doing their jobs) then got "course corrected" and shot back to the approved narrative.

They're boomers with Epstein-tier intellect and Epstein-tier machinations, meaning they believe themselves masterminds and if someone approaches them with contrary evidence to their worldview, that person gets excommunicated. So yes, they actually can't grasp the internet conceptually or at most think of it as a novelty nobody uses seriously. Their technical competency amounts to thinking terabytes are smaller than gigabytes because the number next to that jargon is smaller than the other.

I almost forgot the March for Trump is on Saturday. All eyes and optics will be on that event. Perfect opportunity for more "muh superspreader" and calls for more lockdowns, especially on conservative communities.

Yeah, but wouldn't other countries be immune to the shit America's trying to pull? to its media? Or did they get blackmailed and we just don't know it?

It isn't just America either, British Columbia, Canada has suddenly foisted a lockdown last week. Supposedly it's because of a recent acceptance among the scientific community that Wu Flu droplets linger for up to 3 hours, and therefore you have to lockdown super hard and use at least 3-ply masks for it to be effective. So either they decided to start pumping up the numbers when it was clear Trump was going to fight, or they're genuinely increasing because winter is here and the usual suspects are responding as they've been known to do.
Actually, the only part of Canada that's not even considering lockdowns or closures for the forseeable future are the Atlantic provinces. Quebec is even considering shutting down schools due to the number of rising cases over there and is making those other provinces wondering what they're doing right that the rest of Canada is doing so wrong.

I see I need to stop being subtle. When people gather, in person, during a time when repressive measures are enacted, the potential for planning an active resistance against the oppressors is greatly increased.

Someone here said their parents cautioned them against talking about the election. That's good advice because you can only take people you know and trust into your confidence at this point. Watch the "See something, say something" posters come back out.

Edit-I have to add that anyone planning anything subversive online is an idiot given what we know about surveillance.

Yup, if the masses are scared of COVID again, they won't pay attention to that silly thing called voter fraud.

The timing couldn't be more calculated.

To be fair as others pointed out second wave's been here for a while. You can even see me sperging about it 'bout 2 days ago, I assue you some hospitals are starting to get fucking spooked as the cases keep growing.

So it's not that they made it up now, it's that they've been hiding it till now to push their bullshit Trump defamation campaign and are using it to cover their tracks once it backfired.

It's not even a good one. Even if it's a slur, coon literally means "black person."

By that standard negro's literally just spanish for black and nigger's latin for the same thing. Hell, nigger is used scientifically, for instance Aspergilus nigger is the microorganism used to ferment sake. That's where the slur comes from, before Evolution was found people though races were separate subspecies and the term for the black subspecies was Homo sapiens nigger. That's why it was used, it wasn't originally meant as a slur.

Personally if this happens, the Democrats would still have a civil war except that it would be bigger than before because Trump was supposed to lose to the most "electable" candidates they had. It would also motivate them for 2022 and 2024. I believe that a Democrat president is going to be inevitable in 2024 if Trump gets a second term due to usual pendulum swing that always occurs, even Trump himself believed it based on how he kept changing his party based on the party of the current president (he switched from Democrat to Republican to Reform to Democrat to Republican)
I cannot be too frightened at some noodle armed, beanie hatted soy chuggers smashing their own cities. Dunno about a 2024 Dem. Their star AOC has a gimmick of glaring disapprovingly. They seem like a collection of the worst, most naggiest teachers possible.

Constitutional law is a little more complex than that. It's why a lawyer has to be certified to argue a case before SCOTUS so they don't get every idiot that slithered through law school making incomprehensible arguments and wasting everyone's time.

1- even I know that the US legally considers each state a separate election. So, no. You have to prove it by-state.

2-given that kiwis have already talked about the remedies against electoral fraud and "win by default" never appeared. I'm calling bollocks.

3-this is about land grants, not electoral law. Lawkiwis will have to confirm or correct but I don't think it's aplicable.

Speaking of liberals, I live in a atomized suburb so I don't have much interaction with people these days and also its California. Are liberals and progressives really fearing that Trump might come out on top or is it just projecting on our end. I believe the liberals have gone to sleep overall as they don't care about medicare for all or free college or whatever socialist bullshit pushed by the Bernie crowd.

I have been arguing that the longer Trump drags this out as well as not conceding under any circumstance, his odds of winning increase. But this theory is useless without liberals and progressives getting some unease that maybe they declared victory way too fucking early. There is a narrative battle out there and just today King Nigger basically went after Trump for challenging the election results. Its always order and order with these liberal ghouls.

The liberal hippie boomer is basically the one of a kind destructive influence you never find in non-western nations, they have their own corrupt assholes but its not at the cost of destroying their own nation through abandoning all moral values and principles. The liberal hippie boomer will go to their graves still probably hanging on to power like we saw with RGB. Nancy Pelosi will probably request to be buried with her gavel if she kicks the bucket. A soulless existence whose end goal is total destruction of anything decent left in the world. I know we all hate niggers but maybe the niggers got their carefree attitude from their liberal masters.

Late, but I do want to say that the fact they've dragged out King Nigger at all indicates that they're afraid.

Like when they dragged him out onto the campaign at the eleventh hour after Biden's appalling performance in the second debate. It was obvious that he didn't want to go to bat for Biden, but they needed someone to do damage control. Almost everything the democrats and Biden have done since the lawsuits were announced has filled me with confidence in Trump's chances.

But I admit I have no idea how street level democrats and liberals are reacting to the news, if it's even finding its way through the MSM to their ears.
