Pretty much stated before, the GA GOP are the sort of julep-sipping white old-southern gentry whom the urban GA Dems run circles around them like rats on cocaine- I have read a rumor on Cotto's timeline that the FL GOP is sending/has sent some people to Georgia to start sharing the FL strategy, but that'll probably at least one election cycle to complete even if the GA GOP are compliant.

Overall, retooling the GA GOP requires 1.) Closing the Abrams ballot harvesting loophole, 2.) Primarying Kemp and getting Vernon Jones in, and 3.) Reorienting the campaign strategies to start building multiethnic working class coalitions in Atlanta.

But for now, surviving/avoiding the runoffs is the priority.

You don't cross examine affidavits. They're also not directly used as evidence. They're to verify that there is some factual basis for a complaint. They're literally just a written statement signed under penalty of perjury by the person making them and, generally, notarized. They are a proffer of what the party intends to prove. They are not the proof themselves.

I was under the impression that some of what was present in PA was sworn testimony under oath, but I guess I was wrong. I'm aware that affidavits aren't cross-examined, but I'm surprised they're not admissible as evidence.

PA is solid, AZ is absolute shit show material. They are being handled by two separate groups, and I am now VERY Leery of the AZ group. The main lawyers for PA were harassed off the case, so also a bit worried about that now, but for different reasons.

There are plenty of gritty areas in NYC itself, too, and most of the millions of people who live there aren't "degenerates" unless you accidentally went to a reddit meetup or a furry convention. The upstate is generally a bit poorer though.

There are parts of Manhattan that don't put up with craziness, I live in one. I am sure my area went majority Trump and that count was tampered with. It is also suspicious that as registered Republican I was accidentally not offered the opportunity to work this election.

If Biden does a terrible job for 4 years that will probably lead to the Democrats getting crushed in 2024, though. Even if Biden wins this one they still did badly down ticket, losing a few House seats, so we won't see court packing, abolishing the filibuster, DC being turned into a state, and all the other tricks they would use to their advantage because they would need a trifecta to pass them all.
